We’re going to Oklahoma City before this open we never have this attitude we owners for a restaurant and businesses the first thing we looking for our customer, he being feel in his home And they just spent 20 $30 what I mean we know what’s mean customer service Here we spend a lot of money and we took a really bad customer service the managers, the supervisors they think they own the place they talk to you right they give you something for free not you pay for it I had the same complaint last three times I visit restaurant depot and they never fix it every time I go to the register they go to the manager because the price doesn’t exist in the system they told me no the price is different and what is funny every time a new price for the same item I’m a daily customer, but I need you to know we have a lot of choices we have Sam’s next to you, restaurant supplies and a lot of places but we love restaurant depot before they open here in Tulsa, but I think the manager they need go to take some advices and training from the people in Sam’s is not too far because they don’t know how they deal with the people. I’m so disappointment. I hope this place don’t close soon if you wanna fix the place I think you wanna fix your managers first Because the employee always new faces, they don’t know anything where is anything? And the manager, they always have a lot of attitude Today is not the first complaint i’m not the only one but I go there a lot. I see a lot of complaints and I love the place one time l see a old woman she asked for a chair because she can’t stand up and she was look tired and was a lot of chairs in the office. Nobody gave her a chair and told her you can go outside to sit or you can sit in the place next the office with no chair. It’s like no humanity too one time I was so busy and no time and the supervisor he was sitting in the office and the new girl was the first day for her. She did a lot of stuff in my receipt wrong and I wasn’t have no time and the manager because he need to train her. He took 15 minutes and he tried to explain for her what was going on my receipt and I told him I don’t have time and I go to other register. He told me you need to wait or you need to leave the stuff and go outside I have a lot, but I wanna stop here and A lot of people they talk about the prices how it’s different every time they put a price when you go to the cash, it’s not the same. I hope fix your management before everybody...
Read moreThe manager on the weekend has the worst customer service. I live 2 hours away from this and I have been trying to become a membership but because they only take applications on the weekdays (I was told), I can’t make it to the restaurant before closed. I bought a box of each of the 4oz cup and lid to use at my restaurant but the lid isn’t working as it should. It keeps on coming off when packing with the sauce. So I’d thought I bring it back and either get a return or an exchange. The manager (I didn’t get a good look on her name but she’s African America) came and started raising her voice. I told her “I know that it was purchased on a 1 day sales pass, but the lid keeps on coming off and leaking. I can’t use it” then she yelled at me saying “it says all over the receipt that you can’t return it!” The lady at the front desk (Caucasian) didn’t even tell that I won’t be able to return or exchange when she gave me the 1 day sales pass. She also gave me attitude when I first walked in and asked for the return. So I took my receipt and left. I don’t know how the manager and the front desk lady got their positions in the beginning with that kind of customer service skills. I wouldn’t hire some like that to run my business. I have friends who have business also and they all plan to go somewhere else. I wouldn’t become a membership and shop here again, at least until the problem is resolved. I hope restaurant depot take this action serious and resolve these kind of...
Read moreThe branch manager's behavior has been unacceptable, demonstrating a lack of respect for customers and staff. Despite initial optimism about this location, I have been deterred from shopping here due to this behavior, which I observed prior to the store's opening. Conversely, Crystal has been extremely helpful and pleasant, and the other manager, whose name I do not recall, has also been impressive. Unfortunately, their positive qualities are overshadowed by the branch manager's poor leadership. As a result, I will likely continue to patronize Sysco. I hope that her supervisor or the company takes notice of this and addresses the issue. Effective leadership is crucial, and I believe that individuals in positions of power should embody the qualities they expect from others. The branch manager's behavior is unacceptable, particularly in a male-dominated industry where women face significant challenges. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business and as a member of this community, I am disheartened to see such behavior. I hope that the company will take necessary actions to address this issue. Many vendors I spoke with today share...
