I have ordered from this place before. The food was good, nothing special and best of all for my budget cheap. When I forgot mine and my co-workers lunch (that I had prepared the night before) at home I needed a delivery place that would come through.

I called at 9 am and someone (I think the manager) answered and told me that yes they could deliver to me, I was within their delivery range. It was snowing so I wanted to make sure the very slight adverse conditions wouldnt cause a problem. I was assured there would not be any problems.

I called back at 10 am to place my order. (knowing that I didnt need it until 12 or 1230 when my lunch period is I figured I would leave them plenty of time) I placed the order just fine, received the total and was charged with no problem. 20 minutes later an employee from there (he was a new hire and actually pretty friendly) and told me that they WOULDN"T be able to deliver because they didn't have enough drivers and no-one wanted to drive in the snow. Keep in mind there is NO sitting snow on the roads today. It is ALL on the sidewalks

When I asked to speak with the manager I was told they were on another call but that they would certainly call me back when they were finished. 15 or 20 minutes pass and I get no call. So, I call back, am given the owners cell phone number which I call. I am pretty much told nothing we can do, oops sorry even though they processed a refund for me that money will not be available for me for up to 3-4 days while it was processed.

The icing on the cake...the owner is the one who answered my call this morning. There was no offer of a free app on my next order or anything. Sorry about your luck was pretty much the sentiment. Neither I nor my husband will EVER order from this...

I will say the Food is very good for a fast food place but the customer service sucked this last time and I wont be going back. We had a delivery, it showed up in a timely manner, about 30 min, and the driver was a very nice guy. When I opened the orders 2 of the 3 orders were wrong. no big deal, this was the 2nd time it happened, last time we just ate it, this time I called to say, "hey this is wrong". The lady on the phone was very rude, telling me "I know this order I wrote it all down" I told her I get that and it might be written that way but it is wrong. "no, no, no, this is what the lady ordered", I acknowledged ma'am I'm standing right here next to her, I know what she said on the phone. we order the same thing every time" she just kept saying "no you are wrong this is what she ordered" and she kept saying this regardless of what I tried to say. I finally hit the point of saying, "ok, where is your location and I'll just bring it back" and she hung up on me. needless to say this pissed me off so I called back and demanded the address and told her I'd be there in a bit to get my money back and she hung up an me again. I've now decided that since the kiddo's meal was right and just not ours and its now 7 o'clock at night to just let her eat we'll just deal and I'll be heading up there tomorrow to talk to a manager or owner of some sort. I wont be going back for...

I don't think I've ever had a bad food delivery experience in my life. You get what is expected. This was just too horrible not to leave a review.

First the actual order. I received a call and it was a rude lady informing me they received the wrong zip code on the card. I replied that no, there is only one zip code I would have given to them. She realized the guy who took the order inverted the digits.

Then we were told it would be 45 min to an 1 hr wait time. They showed up an hour and a half later.

Next, the actual food. I ordered the Szechuan chicken and California roll. It looked and tasted like you might be eating dog meat, and there was very little of it. I've never seen beef look or taste this way before, and it tasted horrible. I ended up throwing it away and only ate the lo mein. The California roll was only four pieces, the pictures online show six (I was honestly expecting 8 since this is one roll). My boyfriend ordered the Singapore rice noodles, it was extremely dry curry flavored noodles. It was also supposed to have beef and pork, it only had shrimp and chicken.

There were also no cookies or utensils in the bag. My boyfriend paid over $20+ a tip and we realized we should have gone across the street to Panda Express to buy exactly what you expect, have it immediately, and paid less.

I hope they are able to read this and improve, just a review to...

The food is always fantastic and I love that they are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Like my favorite meal is House Egg Foo Young that is no longer on the menu, always they make it for me and never give me a hard time. The lady behind the counter really takes the time to get to know her customers. I may go 2 months without ordering and walk in the door and she knows exactly who I am and my order. Quantity size is very fare for the price. The only complaint I guess I would be being incredibly disappointed that they did away with all free food coupons by what you spent with them.

haven't ate at this location in a while. she gave us great service and the food was amazing. I have General Tsau and orange chicken, side of cheese wonton, and noodles. chicken was perfectly cooked with the right crunch to the shell. the wontons are huge and delicious. noodles are one of my favorite noodles in town. My buddy got sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken, side on wontons, and fried rice. he stated his entire meal. was delicious.

Wife ordered the beef and broccoli and I dropped it off at work with her, she called me and said she found a bug in her food. I called the place back letting them know, and I was told I had to bring the food back to the restaurant to receive a refund. I would have, but it's a 30 to 40-min drive back to the restaurant. So we decided to eat the charge and we will not be going back.
