Cafe Cubana — Restaurant in Tulsa

I will say that it is a pretty decent coffee. It's tasty, nice and sweet, the espresso doesn't take away from the taste of the coffee, which is nice. BUT.... I probably will only go there when I have only a few extra minutes to swing by since it's right by my shop. Seems a little high to pay $5-6 for a 12oz or less. The espresso shots are 75 cents a piece as well so I only got 2 added to my drink. USUALLY, I will swing by Rocket Brothers and get a 32oz for $6, it tastes awesome, I can add in 4 shots, brings it only up to about $8-9 and I'm set! I don't dislike it, but the price kind of turns me away a little bit. It's a cool place but this is also why I turned away from Starbucks, and started going to drive up shacks. Still great coffee, not a pumped up...

We have been trying coffee around Tulsa. Right now, if I had to pick a favorite it would be Café Cubana because of the superb full bodied deep rich coffee flavor in their drinks. My wife had an iced latte and I had a café con leche with a shot of chocolate. The delicious coffee flavor was prominent in both drinks. Ordered a Caffe Latte - it was very smooth and flavorful. Reminded me of coffee in Europe - which just seems to have an extra richness to it.

Lemon poppyseed muffin was flavorful, warm, and had a nice crunch on top.

The environment is a little sterile but I sat and read for a little bit. Couch and a few chairs.
