Update……. I spoke with the owner this morning and he doesn’t care that I lost my months worth of food. He was very condescending and this company just has no concept of customer service. Of course Joey said he would pay for my food but this owner said they would not even though the loss was due to their incompetence. Save yourself the grief and buy from someone else that cares about the customer.
This had to be the most frustrating purchase I have made in years!!!! 1st- when they delivered my refrigerator it was damaged so severely I couldn’t accept it. 2nd - The delivery driver that came out 1st was nice and said someone was bringing another one out there were supposed to be 2 people but only one showed up. 3- when the 2nd truck arrived it was the wrong refrigerator!!!! 4- The first delivery driver said he would go get the correct one and be back in a hour and a half.. 5- Joey the salesman called me and said I would have to wait several more days to get it. I informed him that all of my food would spoil. He acted like I was trying to pull something over on them! I told him that I would need to be reimbursed for the spoiled food he said he would pay me out of his pocket (we will see if he does). He refused to give me a number for the owner, Joey said he was the one who loaded the wrong refrigerator. 6- After a very frustrating call they came back out but even though I had taken measurements and showed them the demissions of my old refrigerator at the store the new one will not fit! The salesman looked at the measurements and said that the refrigerator was a standard size and the one I picked out would work just fine. The 2nd driver was not nice at all he was acting like he didn’t want to do his job. Then they told me they wouldn’t help me get into place at all. So I have a refrigerator sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor I own a business as well and if my employees acted as these did they wouldn’t have a job! I am a widow on a fixed income to live on since business is so slow at this point in time I can’t afford to have a months worth of food spoiled! Hopefully the owner sees this and will make things right and if so I will update this review. Since the salesman wouldn’t let me speak with the owner my guess is that the owner wouldn’t condone this kind of treatment to a paying customer. I hope I am correct. I have pictures if the owner would like to see them. I had planned to upgrade more of my appliances but if this is standard treatment of customers I will take my business elsewhere. If I don’t update this review it means they did not keep their word. I did get the refrigerator in place finally by myself. However it is not level and no ice is making. They didn’t explain anything about my new...

I don't hold Appliance Solutions responsible for the fridge that died. I've dealt with electronics and machinery enough to know that even brand new out of the box, some things just don't work.
I wish I would have done more research on Samsung refrigerators before buying it. From what I've learned since, I can tell you that I will never buy another Samsung fridge. Phones and other electronics, yes.
UPDATE #1 12:45 -- Matt called me back and advised that there was an issue between the bank and the accounting group. His explanation made no sense to me but the end result is that he is going to do a cash refund. My wife is on her way to get the refund. I will provide a final update when she has the cash in hand.
ORIGINAL REVIEW This is an ongoing issue and Matt (store manager) is working with us to figure out. It's now 12:20 and he was supposed to call us back after a few minutes when we spoke to him at 11:30.
We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from them a few weeks ago. We verified it included a warranty and we were advised "of course, it comes with the 1 year factory warranty". 48 hours after setting it up, it made a sustained loud noise and quit cooling. When I called Appliance Solutions about it, they said I would need to call Samsung.
I called Samsung and they said it was in their system as a refurb/repaired model and it was not covered by warranty.
We called Appliance Solutions back and advised them of what Samsung told us. They said "this happens and they just need to do 'x,y,z'." I advised them that wasn't acceptable that I have to be the intermediary in this and that they need to handle it. They advised we would get a call back soon. The call never came.
The next day, while I was at work, my wife went in person and spoke to our Salesman, Sam (great guy) and didn't get the name of the gentleman in the office who ultimately approved the pick-up (possibly the owner) of the dead refrigerator and a refund.
They arranged to have the refrigerator picked up the next day and had a check ready for us after it was back in their shop. On August 12, We went in and picked the check up and thanked them for their prompt handling of this issue.
Today, we got a notice from our bank that the check was "not authorized" as of August 15 and it was charged back. We verified with the bank that it wasn't an error on their end.
Following Matt's/Appliance Solutions' response, this review will be edited to reflect the outcome. Until then, be very careful spending...
Read moreIf I could give them zero stars I would. The company sold me a faulty washing machine with a bad drum. I told the installer something was wrong and he asked me if I knew how to work a washing machine. I finally got the service company, which is a separate business which they don't tell you, to call me back. The technician immediately looked up the model and told me they have a notice that the drums are bad and replaced it. He also messed with the lid lock. At the time, b/c it took me so long to convince them there was an issue, it was almost one year after purchase. I said that b/c of the violent shaking of the faulty drum for so long I was concerned there had been damage to other parts of the washing machine. The technician dismissed my concerns. Several months later the machine started to malfunction, and the drain pump which is located directly under the drum, would run continuously, and required the machine to be unplugged. I called the service company back and paid a service call for the technician to 'clean' the drain pump b/c he said it was giving a suds warning which makes the pump run continuously. He asked me if I knew the proper amount of soap to use.......The drain pump now will not even function and I have to replace a washing machine that is less than 2 years old. I called Whirlpool who wouldn't stand behind it b/c it was out of manufacturers warranty and the service company won't stand behind their work and the company that actually owns the sales side of this business will not stand behind their product or accept any responsibility.
Edit: The store manager's response indicates I only called twice. This is not correct. They are not tracking service calls and times I left voice mails and did not receive calls back. I already called Whirlpool and spent over 1 hour on the phone explaining this situation to 3 different people and Whirlpool will not stand behind a faulty washer because this company ran the clock on...
