We had purchased meet and greet passes with our tickets. We waited for over two hours to be brought to a basement to wait another hour. The concert starts at 8 and here we are at 7:22 still waiting. After 3 hours they offered us a bottle of water by a hateful staff member who seemed as if not was beneath her to serve us water.

Will Brent come to this venue again! Will tell everyone beware. We couldnt eat dinner even because we had to stay in line just in case! Stuck here since 4:30. Beyond angry and disgusted. The staff here has been clueless and not the most friendly to a lot of people in line...

We came in contact with personnel at the door at The Cove. We were coming to watch Santana. The woman at the far left door who scanned our tickets made us feel welcome. We explained to her we were kind of nervous with the digital ticket. I had it pulled up on my phone and she explained how it worked. She also explained putting the stamp on our wrists to allow us to move freely in and out of the venue into the casino and back. I'm giving 5 stars for Sinbad. He was awesome! I give 0 stars for the staff. I took a puff from my ecig and some older woman with bleach blonde hair threatened to throw me out. No signs that said no vaping. The fog machine on the stage was putting out the same thing I exhaled. Then this woman had 3 men watch me for the rest of the show. I'm barely 5' tall and weigh around 105 lbs. I felt extremely uncomfortable for the rest of the show. Not only that, we were told we couldn't take pictures or video. I'm seeing a lot of pictures from other reviews...
