Fireside Grill — Restaurant in Tulsa

Editing my review to drop it from 2 stars to 1 after giving it another shot. If I could rate 0, I would.

Can't even order a burger under Medium, and when you do, that garbage shows up as a well done hockeypuck. If the pickles from a jar are the best part of your burger, then you need to back up and figure it out. Service was adequate but the manager made it even worse with an explanation that involved the difference between "bugs" on ground beef vs "bugs" on a steak.

I have to say that I was incredibly disappointed with the food and service at FireSide Grill on Tuesday when I visited with friends for my Birthday. Food took 45+ minutes, we were the only ones in the section when we were sat and the 3 groups of people sat after us got their food WELL before we did. All of our drinks (just a simple scotch, french 75 and a mixed drink) came AFTER our food arrived (45 minutes or so after ordering)

Food and drinks were mostly disappointing as well. (Scotch obviously was fine when it eventually arrived aside from being a really light pour).

The server even brought our check RIGHT AFTER dropping off our food and drinks. It seemed as if she was trying to get rid of us or something. We weren't rowdy and we didn't even complain while there. it was just all around a very Sub standard experience.

I've been there quite a few times, food and service are usually adequate but Tuesday was AWFUL and really messed up the vibe of my birthday...

Honestly they have lost the majority of their best servers/hostesses. I’ve found a few of them working elsewhere and when I asked them why they don’t work at Fireside in RSC anymore they all pretty much told me that the management would get petty with customers and handle things in the worst way which ultimately embarrassed the servers. I remember going in on a concert night and the manager saying that we wouldn’t be able to get a table. The hostess Sarah pulled us aside and told us she would be sure we got a decent table and meal before the concert. She pulled it off and I saw the manager scolding her in the corner. Sarah caught my glance and winked with a smile like she was telling me “don’t worry about it.” She was one of the three hostesses at the front seating people for the evening and she she served us the entire time we were there. She said her servers were full on tables so if we would accept a non-server serving us, she would gladly do so. I’m sure the manager was upset over that too but hey... that girl had us in and out and was far more professional than any other person working there that night. That kind of service is what gets you a $100 tip. That was over a year ago and the service I’ve had in there recently pales in comparison!! SARAH WAS AWESOME AND YOU...

Went there last night before the Vince Gill concert and will never go back. We got a table at about 6:15-6:20, after looking at the menu for about 5 minutes we asked the waitress (a very snobby lady acted like we didn't belong there) what would be fast to make since we were going to the concert she said burgers, sandwiches and soups would be the fastest. We looked and almost everything either had goat cheese, fried cheese curds, jalapeno cream, pepper jack cheese or spicy dip/glaze. The waitress NEVER came back instead the manager came over to the table asked if we'd been helped. We said no told him we were looking for good fast food before concert he said well the catfish and the salmon cob salad would be the fastest we said ok fine we'll take that by this time it was 7 and concert was at 8. He said he would put our order to the head of the line to make sure we didn't miss the concert. He brought us some delicious blue cornmeal muffins and took off for the kitchen. We NEVER got our food and no one ever came back to ask us how we were doing or if we needed anything nothing! By 7:35-7:40 food still hadn't shown up so we left. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had at any restaurant. McDonalds has has better service than here. Don't waste your time with this over...
