First, a guy came out to take my order because the speaker was broken and didn't bring anything with him to write things down. I've been a bartender, so I was just like, "Okay, maybe he's got a good memory?" I ordered a #5 with pickles and mustard only, tator tots, and a Dr. Pepper, and a wag cup. No other Sonic locations ever charge for a wag cup if I'm ordering food, but this one d me .99. Okay, whatever. I pay for my food, and when they bring my 99 cent wag cup, it's only half full and is the tiniest cup, like they used it for sauce or something. It's smaller than the standard one at all other Sonics. Whatever, now I know... so I head home and when I get there I open my burger to eat... and it's covered in mayo and onions. If you can not remember one order, write it down. And if you're going to charge 99 cents for a wag cup, make it an appropriate size. This is my second stop at this location, and the first was the same as this- crappy. I will never go back here. I'll drive to the one on Memorial where my food is always correct and they are kind to my dog. Horrible use of $12. Edit to add: Stall #10 Check 342

The fries appeared old or overcooked, the burgers looked strange and aged, the mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all, and the chicken tenders seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Feeling like we would probably get sick, we decided to give our food to our dog instead. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent. However, the food itself lacked love and care. As a foodie family, I have a keen sense of taste and can tell when something is not prepared well. It’s a shame that we wasted $37 on such subpar quality.

Had the worst experience here twice! I just ordered two ice creams a medium and a small and I waited over 40 minutes for them when people who got there after me got served actual food. Mine should’ve been real quick in and out. And then I mentioned it took forever and they prioritize DoorDash over people who actually there and the car hop rolled her eyes and just walked off without saying anything. The other time I took forever for them to get our order. It was a regular order and they gave us a chili cheese foot-long instead of chili cheese tots. And I also got some fries and their new fries thry are horrible. We tried ones at a different location and they are way better there. They are doing something wrong with their fries. They taste incredibly hard fries shouldn’t be that way. They taste like outside of a tot but on a fry it shouldn’t be like that… and after all that I complained to the complaint department and they offered me a free route 44 drink with purchase on the app that’s like two dollars on the app thanks that’s worth my 40+ minutes and it’s just an insult to have to have to purchase something to get something that supposed to compensate me...

Pre ordered two drinks and waited at the intercom for over 10 minutes, nobody said anything. If I didn’t preorder I would’ve left like the other people behind me. I had to drive to the window to ask for my drinks where I waited another 10 minutes now 20 minutes. Finally came to the window and I explained nobody never said anything, she said oh well we are short handed and I said someone should’ve said something, she started telling me bye over and over, and laughing like a child. Strange for a grown woman. Not my fault y’all are understaffed and clearly unprofessional. I also didn’t put you in the position you’re in. Don’t like your job get another one. Trash talking from behind a window then closing it quickly doesn’t make you tough either. You wouldn’t be thrilled for waiting 20 minutes for two pre ordered drinks either. And it’s not that you guys were extremely busy, y’all are just extremely slow. Clearly management isn’t great either from reading the other reviews, they just don’t care, as long as somebody shows...
