I have worked so hard with the VA to get my approved disability rating. Found out I qualify for a fishing license discount, which has helped me cope with depression. I sit outside this establishment disappointed. As this establishment has input an incorrect address on my fishing license and refuse to correct their mistake. Now they want to charge me a reprint fee. I provided my state DL, which I am required to maintain correct and updated. Which is. After reaching out to fish and game and being denied a waiver for this error Mr Derrick, the store manager refused to help me out, fish &game did state that all establishments should be verifying verbally which address is correct in case there are various addresses on file. (Which this establishment failed to ask) The issue is that they chose to click on an address that was used in 2017, why? When I have physically provided a DL with accurate information. They know better, and know that both the Fishing license and my ID have to match. Society knows that when an officer observed anything out of line or inaccurate, that it opens up the situation to further investigate. This was my attempt to fix this issue. I don't know why F&G Didn't want to provide me with a waiver, because they claim that the IDs do NOT have to match. Read moreI took the time out to help my disabled son return a bat he bought which was in perfect condition. He told me he always has problems with the store employees there. My son has Autism so he has difficulties explaining his situation at times, so I went in there to return it for him and right off the bat the lady Celina in there start saying every store she has worked at has told her she couldn't return bats which wasn't true, I had her call the manager and he had to educate her on the policy of returning the bats and that she could return bats. I wanted to complain to the corporate office since things like this had been happening to my son in the past. I had told him not to shop there anymore since he felt mistreated by some of the staff plus they were quoting policies that didn't exist to turn away customers.
