(update) its the 21st. dropped it off the 3rd. still no phone, can never get ahold of the place. im going down there tomorrow when you open. asking for my money back AND my sim card tray and not leaving without the 170. this is ridiculous.

I dropped my phone off Feb 3rd, paid 170 to get the screen fixed. was told two to three days it would be fixed. then the 8th i called to check on the status and was told the 9th the part is coming in and should be fixed the 10th. I went in on the 10th at 5 to find out they closed early for whatever reason. were closed saturday at 2, and closed sunday. didnt hear anything on the 13th about my phone and couldnt get in touch. it is now the 14th and i STILL dont have my phone that i already paid for. I went to get my phone flashed from Att to metro was told It would take less than an hour for them to do. So this wasn't the 1st time I've done business with these people and when they're done with your device they never call you back.

Came back to get my phone from being flashed 2 hours later with no call that it was ready just to go up to the desk and they said that they completely erased my phone so all my memories from a year and a 1/2 to 2 years were just gone just like that not a care in the world in their eyes and I ended up paying for the flash regardless instead of waving the charge.

I should have been warned that my photos could be lost before they even touched my phone. I went there for a transfer of service not an full reset.

I really wish i could give 0 stars, I do not understand how this place is still up and running. They are horrible and we will never be taking our business there again. We took a phone in for a cracked screen and it was only suppose to take 1 week, well 2 months later and we still have not recieved our phone back. They have not called once to let us know what is going on. We have gone in AND called and they keep giving us the run around. Went in today and apparently the phone is fixed but they "don't like to keep fixed phones at the shop", so why havn't we recieved a call saying our phone was ready? I cannot express how horrible this place is, please do not waste your time or money here on the so called poor...
