Pizza Guys — Restaurant in Turlock

Right in the middle of construction in my apartment, I ordered pizza from this place. they show up with cold pizza , no napkins , no plates. The delivery person was Carlos who is one of the owners. I called the business back spoke to the other business owner Annie, I asked her how come there were no napkins or plates , she said ,"well you have to ask" , how would know I have to ask , as a business owner they're suppose to ask if I need plates or napkins. just because it's going to a residence , doesn't mean I won't be needing those items. I had no plates or napkins and the construction workers didn't have anything to use. The worst thing is She who should be an example to her employees , hung up on me. I called back , no one picked up, I tried again Carlos picked up and when I told him , he said well they cost money. HELLO? I paid for the pizza, and there is no pizza place in town that charges you for plates and napkins. in consolation neither of the owners offered any intensive for a next time order if there is one, which there wont be. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE RECEIVED FROM A PIZZA PLACE. SPECIALLY THAT THEY WERE BOTH HUSBAND AND WIFE RUNNING THE PLACE AND SHOULD BE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH NOT TO HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES HAD MENTIONED THIS PLACE IS OPERATING WITH NO SANITATION LICENSE. AND IT WAS AN OLD ONE THERE THAT BELONGED TO PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE, AND THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. ALSO HAD MENTIONED THAT ANNIE GOES TO THE BATHROOM AND DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS ONLY THE 2 FINGERS THEY SHE USES TO WIPE HER ASS. WHY WAS I NOT THINKING BEFORE I ORDERED FROM THIS PLACE. OH BOY, NEVER AGAIN. HEALTH DEPARTMENT GET YOURSELF IN THAT PLACE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THEY NEED TO BE SURPRISED !! WHEN I ORDERED THE PIZZA , I CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF THEY USE PLASTIC GLOVES AND ANNIE SAID YES WE DO. WHAT A LIE. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT THEY DON'T !! HOW IGNORANT SHE IS TO SAY YES WHEN NO ONE CAN USE GLOVES NEAR HEAT OF THE OVEN. SO FOR ALL YOU OUT THERE , I WOULD CAUTION YOU TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THERE. I KNOW PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES THAT USED TO WORK THERE AND BELIEVE ME THEY HAVE STORIES TO TELL.THIS IS NOT JUST ABOUT A COUPLE OF PAPER PLATES AND NAPKINS BUT RUDENESS...

I recently ordered few pizzas and garlic rolls from Pizza Guys, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the ordering process a breeze. The service provided by Jason was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. THANK YOU!!

As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The pizzas were loaded with fresh toppings and the crust was perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The garlic rolls were a delightful addition, oozing with flavor.

The atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. It was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

Unfortunately a bad experience... Ordered a chili serrano 8 chicken and didn't get the chicken on it. When we called back and asked what can be done, at first, she offered a new pizza. We drove back to their place to get the corrected pizza. The lady that served us got upset with us like it was our fault that she forgot the chicken on the pizza. Staying "well when we get busy, we don't look at the orders." Well ma'am, it's not our problem that you're so "busy" you can't make the pizzas correctly. Other restaurants can manage being busy, but clearly you can't. I paid extra to get chicken on the pizza, of course I'd want a replacement.
