Me and my friend came to shop here as I was visiting Turlock her hometown and there were about seven workers here and we were not greeted, while shopping me and my friend felt uncomfortable because they kept asking if we are looking for something and every time we went around the store to look the workers kept following us making it awfully uncomfortable to shop peacefully I do not know if it's because we are women of color or we seem like shop lifters but we didn't feel welcomed and we just felt uncomfortable, as I was walking the store I also noticed one worker in particular kept staring at me and eyeing me up and down and giving me dirty looks which made it agonizing for me to continue looking and shopping around. My friend purchased some sandals but we discussed that she also felt the same we will never be returning to this store location ever again, we will stick to the Atwater and Merced locations where there customer service is much better!!! I just hope future customers don't feel as how me and my friend did...

I put shoes on hold and for some reason they got misplaced and was told by the so called manager that she watched the cameras and the shoes that were placed on hold were the ones I requested to be put on hold. I was charged for a final sale pair of shoes that I did not place on hold. I explained to the manager that if she did watch the cameras how come I was charged for the wrong pair of shoes? Had nothing to say but to argue and be very unprofessional. Next time please have someone in your store that can communicate with people who speak Spanish! Read moreI bought my sister in law a pair of shoes for Christmas and after she wore them for a few minutes she realized they were too big. We returned them about 6 days later ( well within the 14 day return window,with original receipt, and they refused to offer a credit, exchange or refund because the shoes had a tiny bit of sand in the grooves on the sole. None of our family or friends will ever shop there again . It's no wonder why small businesses are in trouble if their customer service is this bad. I once bought a pair of boots at tractor supply,wore for a week (IN THE ORCHARD) And they hurt my feet. They returned them no problem. The shoes from Envy were $100 too. Oh well live and learn....
