Okay, I’ve been here 4 times. The first 2 times awhile ago were good. Third time was a mess. Terrible service, no one checking up on us, food was wrong, they served the cilantro lime chicken salad with Italian balsamic vinegar which tasted terrible with the rest of the dish and when asked about it, they just said that they were out of the cilantro lime dressing (but they did not say this when we ordered and did not ask for a preferred replacement).
Fourth time there was today, and this experience was just SO BAD, we are officially done with this place. We went as a group of 5. We were not served water, our server was missing for long periods of time, and when we tried to establish separate checks at the beginning, we were told that he would divide them at the end.
The singular appetizer was served at the same time as the food (even though all the dishes came out at wildly different times, so we had to sit and wait a LONG TIME for everyone to get their food before eating). Now here’s the real kicker: one burger was served incorrectly with a different burger being served, but the biggest issue is that we had a vegan member of our party who ordered the vegan burger which said it would be served on a lettuce wrap.
Our vegan friend was served a vegan burger on a non vegan bun with mayonnaise which they unfortunately ate a few bites of before realizing that the dish was not in fact vegan at all. We then had to wait again a long while for the food to be corrected. The incorrect meat burger was not remade, and they just added toppings to it, so it was cold by the time it was served again and eaten.
When we were given the check, it was not divided, so we had to ask again for split tabs. The server gave us a pen and told us to divide it ourselves. Then, he still input the tabs wrong, and someone was charged for a meal they did not order.
Nothing was comped to rectify the experience of food being wrong, and the vegan burger being served not vegan. Terrible experience, and we will...

That’s pretty disappointing. The server was kind and apologetic, but this really should’ve been handled better. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be leaving a review on HappyCow so other vegans are aware.
Edit: Since Google reviews doesn’t allow replies—just a quick note for the owner: I didn’t request a lettuce wrap. Your menu says “lettuce wrapped vegan patty with condiments on the side.” What we were served was a brioche bun burger with everything on it, including mayonnaise. So, respectfully, please review your own menu before implying the error was on the customer. Also, the bit about driving in to take photos… I’m not sure what that was about. Were you photographing food from the trash? That’s a bit odd. How would you know what I was served if you weren't there? Lots of people there, no staff. Kinda fishy!
My original review didn’t even include everything that went wrong, but I am adding them since the owner's reply. Other members of our party were also served incorrect orders, and one friend got something entirely different from what they ordered. Our salad arrived 20 minutes after the rest of the food. I chose not to mention all that at first because—hey, mistakes happen, and that’s understandable.
But serving non-vegan food to someone who specifically ordered a vegan item? That’s a serious issue. Most places—even diners—would comp that without hesitation. Denny’s would. Just something to think about.
The owner’s response came off a bit defensive and dismissive. I understand if you take something seriously, and I think it's great you care about your vegan customers... so maybe it would be more helpful to support your clearly overworked...

They took very long time to come to the front to even see us walk in...we sat outside ordering over price food and they didn't even have all the food that came on the plate?? No mash potatoes no this no that..the fryer was down for fish and chips .... The timing was over 45 min for food .. keep in mind we can only order salads.... Right now the waiter even said .. I'm sorry we usually don't have people... Like really... Over priced with poor food not even a drink variety...def. go somewhere else..we ended up leaving after 1 hour and 7min of not getting out 3 salads... No one was inside the restaurant.. idk if the other reviews are from people who work there. But I promise worse place ever!!!! As we got up to leave there was other people inside the restaurant with there food and fries fish...but they told us that the fryer was down. Please save it money and go to Applebee's like we had too fast and better service the owner doesn't care for his restaurant and it shows as a restaurant manager of 17 years... I would fail this...
