Since when is it ok to be stopped at the door and told to look then out of no where they take your picture and tell you that it's for your shopping experience...what??? Do they store your picture? In a time where people's identity gets stolen so easily all they need is one disgruntled employee with access to it... talk about opening themselves to lawsuits..The more I walked around and thought about it the more I thought this was really inappropriate... also shocking...I bought some boots and as I was leaving the line started building and she stopped each family and said please look up smile and this is for your shopping experience have a great day... Read moreThis was a couple weeks back. There were 3 workers standing outside the store and google had said the store was open. It also seemed like quite a few people walked in, no name tags. So we thought, it’s open! My mother and I walked up to the door when this lady, I’m assuming the manager stopped us and said, “we’re not open.” In an incredibly rude tone. I said well, google said you were open. She didn’t engage with me at all, only kept eyes on my mom and spoke in an aggressive tone. She proceeded to say we might be open later for a couple hours?????
