Has become a terrible place to shop. The people that they hire have no idea about the departments in which they work in and they can to talk about people right out in the open and I've heard them blatantly talking about an older lady there was trying to buy a is a washer or dryer but she knew nothing about the new ones that have the front load and all that and they actually two of them mama's from the plumbing area and I think the other one was from the tank or whatever is right there to the right of the appliances at the Los Banos one and I they made jokes about the lady and that's just totally uncalled for they've instituted some new policies to that hurt us people that pay cash for things won't give you a return anymore and I guess there's a third party that is supposed to be the ones that are making the decision if you talk to him in the store and then whenever you actually call that number the third party says they have no decision making power authority that it's all done by the store so I bought the wrong he's like $29 and I tried to return it but they said oh no you can't return this and I said well store credit at least so that I can get something else that I can use or get the proper part no they wouldn't budge I requested to talk to a manager and that's when I was once again told that the manager wouldn't even be able to help me because it was the third party company that was making the decisions honey if you got the returns or not I understand the whole there you have it I've done materials management on my line in one aspect in Internet another inventory replenishment supplying ordering acquisition suncontract so I know how it works nothing of it is stay set there and let the same people come in day after day after day after day and steal stuff and then as people that work and actually have to save sometimes two weeks just to get the battery or the little metric set we need her garbage disposal or pipes for the sink underneath the garbage disposal and we get the wrong one but damn we can't take it back but we were minimum wage jobs or even worse cuz we work minimum wage jobs and we don't get no overtime and because we can't keep a hold of every single receipt Rihanna end up having to be the ones that lose out every time. And our returns lady in Los Banos is a really wretched lady with her language and attitude that she puts at you. I'd say if you go there even if you have to take someone that's got up credit card or a bank card if you don't have one take them with you just so if you do have to take it back and exchange it you'll be able to hear Daryl keep you stuck with a part that you'll never...

Ok, I'm not one to boycott a business or let alone tell people not to shop somewhere, but I am one P.O. lady, so here it goes...

Home Depot has been the worst experience ever! Such a nightmare! We went there 2 weeks ago from today and purchased a brand new refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Needless to say they were not cheap! One week later they were delivered. The refrigerator DID NOT work. Yes that is correct! It never got cold. So they brought us a replacement one 4 days later that had a huge dent in the door! They told us "sorry about that, we will have to order you another one. It should be here n 4 days or so". So if you are keeping count that will be refrigerator #3! The washing machine had a huge scratch in side of it. So they brought a replacement one. The delivery man WOULD NOT take it upstairs to our laundry room because the pedestal's for it were being delivered the next day and he said "that's not how they do it." He went on to say that when the delivery people bought the pedestal's they would take it all upstairs and install the pedestals with the washer.........Well guess what....when the pedestal's got delivered today the delivery man states "no he cant do that according to their rules." So now our washer and pedestal's are sitting in our garage not installed! I have had it! They said they would give us $100 credit. .Are you serious?!? What a joke!!!! They can take their crap, yes their merchandise has proved to be total crap, and keep it! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AND WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME! It may be conveniently located but not worth...

We are renovating our home came for flooring appliances and paint among other things. We found some great deals and were happy for the most part with purchases. We did have an incident with a very rude older man in the parking lot when preparing to move our vehicle to the loading area and a very loud mouthed rude woman jumping in threatening my son for speaking towards the man who verbally attacked me )who had no idea that the man had verbally attacked and made threats towards me ( im 60) while my son was showing receipt to pick up our 2k floor purchase. 3 members of the staff finally helped handle the rude woman and calmed the situation. Then to top things off we had a notebook with our flooring and appliances receipts in our cart that was collected by a young employee ( doung hos job) but while we had it next to our truck unloading before we removed our notebook with receipts then upon trying to retrieve receipts with notebook it was nowhere to be found . Needless to say it was a very stressful day . But in the long run all employees wedealt with inside were very helpful and professional and we really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness.
