I purchased a Brighton black leather wallet from this website, and while the product itself met my expectations, my experience with their return policy was disappointing. The website clearly states that a refund would be issued if the item was returned in perfect condition, which it was. The item was delivered last week and I have not received a refund. I called today and was told that she will only issue a store credit. It's important to note, when I called to confirm mailing address, she told me that I would receive a refund. Today I was told she will issue a store credit. I reminded her of our conversation and that she told me I would receive a refund. She said too many costs were involved for her. She recommended that I try and find something else on the website. She was driving while having this discussion so we are going to speak on Tuesday. Fingers crossed, she will honor her website policy and refund me.
