Long story long: I lost my engagement ring and wedding band (soldered together) in spring of 2021. I lost it in our house right before our cross-country move from Colorado to Oregon; the house was sold and the ring was nowhere to be found. I was devastated, to say the least. My husband had picked the ring out by himself in 2014 and proposed to me at our tree in Ponca, Arkansas. I spent most of 2021 in disbelief that I had lost my ring and told myself I had to unpack all the boxes before I could even entertain the thought of buying a new ring. Boxes unpacked; the ring had vanished. After discussion of buying a new ring, I just could not bring myself to accept the thought of a different ring. I LOVED my ring! It was sentimental, specifically because my husband and chosen it and it was the most beautiful ring I had ever seen.
Fast forward to October 2021, I decided to search Google for the same ring, certain it had been discontinued. After 3 weeks of searching, I came across this little shop in Twin Falls, ID called Jensen Jewelers. And sure enough!! It was MY EXACT RING!!! I could not believe it!! I told my husband about it and he encouraged me to look into it. Life got busy and I was unable to call the store until 2-3 weeks later. I called one afternoon and Amy answered the phone. I told her the whole story and how I had found the exact same ring on their website. She asked me for the item number from the website and when I looked on their website I saw the page with the ring on it had been removed! I said, "Oh no! It looks like it's been taken down!!" Amy asked me to explain the ring design and then she said, "I think I know which one you are referring to. Give me a minute." She put me on hold and I prayed it was still there! She returned to the phone and said, "I am going to text you a picture to make sure this is the one you are looking for." She sent the picture and I was so nervous. I received the message, opened it, and VOILA--it was my ring!!! Amy told me it had been taken off the website because it was the very last of that style ring they had in stock. I couldn't believe it!! I was overjoyed and started the purchase process. She was so excited for me and walked me through the entire purchase process seamlessly as an out-of-state, virtual customer.
To add to the amazing customer service of Jensen Jewelers, they sized the ring, soldered it, and OVERNIGHTED it to me (at no extra cost!) so that I could have it in time for my younger sister's wedding. I am floored by the incredible and individualized service of Jensen Jewelers and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!!!
Last week, my husband and I returned to our tree in Ponca, Arkansas with my new ring and took a trip down memory lane. We started dating 10 years ago, carving on this tree, writing letters to each other and burying them in our time capsule. My husband proposed to me in 2015 by digging up our time capsule and pulling out this ring! It was the most romantic thing I could ever imagine!! To be back at our tree with the same ring on my finger and create new memories together was so incredibly special. We will celebrate 7 years of marriage this year!

   Read moreI wanted to take a quick moment to share our appreciation for the excellent service and great product we recently received. This is our third purchase.
I called late last week to confirm that our ivories had arrived, and to ask for an updated return ship date. The team members we spoke with were both polite and helpful. In the discussion I asked about the possibility of receiving the product before a graduation event on Thursday, 5/26. The gentleman was polite and I understood that the likelihood of receiving the product in time was low. Certainly this was due to the timing of when I had placed the original order, and the lead time of shipping and manufacturing. I was ok with the expected delivery date on Friday 5/27. Imagine my delight when first thing Monday morning I received a tracking notice email that the item had shipped. Our package arrived early Tuesday afternoon, several days ahead of schedule.
I know that this was not a coincidence. Thank you to everyone on the Jensen team that helped to get our order processed and delivered in time for us to celebrate graduation with our special gift.

   Read moreWe had to special order my new ring. Because they only carry Sterling silver in the ring I bought in store. Not going to receive ting until 1st of year. Now the issues we have. 1) We have to make a payment before I even receive the ring. 2) They started charging interest the day we signed on the dotted line. Not telling us anything about this before we signed. Only thing relayed to us, was as soon as we sign we can't back out of the deal. After we signed they said how much our payment was and the date it was due. I said wow wont even have my ring before we have to make a payment. Sales lady said I know sorry. Not till I got my statement that we now seen they charged interest also. Called and only thing said was that's our policy. Well maybe you should state your policy...
