This past year 2022 I was involved in a rear end Accident! I followed the insurance company protocol and made a report on line to the person who rear ended me company! I tried for two weeks to get them to response to my report! After many attempts they answer and stated I would be contacted in two business days ! After no response I contacted J Chad Parker’s office, A conference was scheduled! Within a few days Mr, Parker and his amazing staff had my car in a repair facility! His office scheduled a doctors appointment because I had sever pain in right shoulder! Threw XRays it was found I had numerous tears in my shoulder! The process by his staff was amazing! I only had to meet scheduled appointments! He took all the stress out of the process! His actions and his staff took care of everything! His professional staff and there immediate action made it possible for me to get the quality care I needed to recover from my injury’s!
