Visited around 2 pm Saturday 11/26. Well 3 out of 4 of us had a great experience. Unfortunately the District Manager was in the store and wasn’t customer service oriented. My daughter ordered a Mango Banana smoothie. She watched them make it and saw them put ice cream in the cup. She thought it was weird. Anyway, she got it and said it was horrible. I told her she better drink it anyway because it was $5! She said ok you try it. So I did and it tasted like shizzzz!! Long story short, she asked the district manager if she could get her something else. Was told nope, company policy. She did offer something else for a discount. After a few minutes, she left and my daughter went back up to the register and explained to another NICE employee the situation. The NICE employee quickly made her another mango Smoothie without the “ice cream” which turn out to be some dairy based frozen yogurt. I’d say that’s what we call ice cream here in Texas. Lol.

I don't eat this often, it was hot outside and I wanted this sundae. She gave me the total and I was SHOCKED! The total was $8.04. For a double hot fudge sundae! And I was charged for the pup cup! No one does that! She gave me a senior discount of .56 I didn't even ask for that. The sundae was in a small cup. I asked if this was a double...she said yes, that's their scoop size. I should have driven off but my dog had seen her pup cup and I wanted this sundae, so when I asked the employee why it was so much money, she said "We don't make the prices. Read morecustomer service is got to be the worst in tyler. Every time we have been there, we either feel like we are an inconvenience, or a bother. They are out of the ice cream we order about 80%of the time. Sad thing is, all we ever order is chocolate or vanilla. How does an ice cream shop run out of effin chocolate icecream. They should change the slogan to the home of 29 flavors. 30 on a good day. It happens so often that we've tried to call ahead to see if they have what we want before we drive out there. However there is always a recording that says the line is busy so you can't get thru. There was one time we pulled up 15 min before closing.
