So this is the second time I’ve been here just to see the consistency and it holds up for sure. Yes there are some things not worth it to me but there are tons of things that you would not believe the price. So so much great stuff to buy there for next to nothing. 3 Under Armour shirts looking brand new for $19 total. I got a whole bunch of other things as well but that gives you a price idea. Most of the shirts I have gotten for my son are $2-3 a piece. Good amount of pants as well. And there are no flaws on them. I used to buy at name brand stores but I am definitely checking by here first from now on because there is definitely great quality stuff that I imagine kids just out grew and people took care of their stuff and then donated. Staff are friendly and the building is HUGE and I couldn’t get a picture of the whole thing so I just got the signs. You must check this place out to see what I am saying and hopefully you get there on a day with very good stuff. Thanks!!!

I went to this thrift store for the first time, and I got there maybe 30 minutes before they closed, thinking that would be plenty of time. Now, let me tell you....I just barely made it through the jewelry counter! They had a surprisingly large selection of sterling silver, name brand and upscale pieces (Fossil, Seiko, Vera Bradley, Kate Spade, Guess, Coach, etc). The only thing I found frustrating was that their pricing has no rhyme or reason to it. Some items seemed ridiculously low priced, 2hile some were offensively overpriced (leggings are 7.99 a pair...for USED!) So yes, there are great deals and quality merchandise, but just pay close attention so you can bypass the overpriced items

Hangers of Hope in Tyler, TX is an amazing thrift store with a huge selection, fair prices, and friendly staff. They accept donations, offer furniture, clothing, and home goods. They take cards, are open Monday–Saturday, have fitting rooms, and offer senior and student discounts. Always clean, well-organized, and worth the visit!

uuuuuggggghhhhhhh where do I start? I will start by saying that the prices are ridiculous now. The prices have gotten so high that an ordinary person is unable to afford hardly anything in this store. They are pricing Walmart brands higher than Walmart . The prices are too high for a person on a budget or a person that cannot afford retail price for clothes, shoes, etc. The goal of this store, I THOUGHT, was to give back to the community. Well, with prices they have, the only thing that they are giving is their BACK to the less fortunate. They are rude as well. Do not go in after 7pm because for an ENTIRE hour you will be hearing over the intercom a count down to closing time. They announce it almost every Five minutes that the store will be closing at 8pm and basically if you're not at the register by 8pm they will not sell you anything. What's really troubling is that they rush you for an entire hour to hurry up because they are about to close to make you wait on ONE cashier to cash you out. Why are the prices so high on a simple T-shirt? Why are prices so high? Why is this a non profit organization yet they are making a lot of money, supposedly to treat people at the clinic, well explain to me how come 5 of my siblings got denied and rejected from receiving services at the clinic after completing and returning everything that was asked from them, yet they hold their fancy fundraising events asking the rich people for monetary donations, for what? They are declining people that really need it but claim that they rake everyone in, well that is major hypocrisy. People should really reconsider if they have or have been considering donating here, the money is not being used correctly, it just doesn't add up. With all this I just want to say that I no longer believe in this organization . someone explain to me how five of my love ones got rejected, they are not rich, they are hard working people that simply cannot afford health insurance and when they asked for help, they get rejected by an organization that claims to take everyone that needs help. No longer shopping here, no longer donating here, I encourage people to...

I went to the Loop 323 location recently and when I went to the register, one of the items did not have a price. I asked the girl about it and she snatched it from me and put it behind her on the floor saying we can’t sell it to you. I’m like what?! I had all wall decor items priced the same but that one didn’t have a price sticker. She said all this down here has to go to the back to be priced and it will be put back out in a few days. There were a lot of items sitting there on the floor behind the counter that they had taken away from people for no price sticker. It makes zero sense! Why are they putting things out without a price sticker? Especially that many items?! I was so disappointed. I really went on a good day and I had been looking and looking for wall decor for my new home office. I asked for a manager, he was nice but new. Said he isn’t allowed to price anything even though my other items were priced the same from the same table. The girl went to show purses to someone out of the case while he was talking and he walked away. I was just left standing there with other items I wanted to purchase. No one ever came, She just kept helping other people. I was not rude at all so I was just like what is going on? I finally just left. That is so crazy to me! I really wanted that item and I guess I’m just supposed to go back a hundred times to hopefully catch it before someone else buys it? I shouldn’t have to do that! I live too far to do that. That is an absolutely absurd policy. It makes zero sense. What is a manager for? I spent so much time in there and ended up...

Sadly ridiculously overpriced. If you don’t want to loose more customers it needs to stop. No inflation on free. The clinic only helps a small population of the community. There’s certain qualifications you need to meet. Only open some days a week for limited times etc. The clinic isn’t helping a huge population like the stores do. If you would lower the prices you’d get rid of merchandise quicker and wouldn’t need any extra “paid” staff to help sort and clean aisles through our the day. There’s so much out. There’s less buying and more cleaning. Some of your “employees” are volunteers, can’t say you have a large paid staff to compensate for pricing. There’s a lot of profit being made. Dresses are 12.99. Womens tops $10. Shoes range from $15-100. There was a dresser on sale for $1,299. Which was lowered to $399 because it has been there for months and you needed space. Still there at $399. Theres a different section for name brand items. The whole point is to find those items at a fraction of the price. That’s the bargain. The clothes college students, struggling families or individuals want to find. It’s cheaper to shop sales at hobby lobby, Target, Walmart or Ashley’s furniture store than through y’all. Years ago it truly was a bargain and helped the community, now it’s all profit. If that’s what y’all are doing now fine, advertise that. It’s consignment store pricing and high end thrift shop with little high...
