Normally the staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to help customers. Unfortunately, it only takes one to ruin an experience. An employee (man with a reddish beard) while helping me, was down right impatient and borderline rude when I accidentally misnamed a hex nut. He huffed off as if I had stepped on his toes. That’s it,, I did nothing wrong except misname the part one time. The whole time he acted as if he just didn’t want to be there. This man should not be working with people at 8 am in...
