Burger King — Restaurant in Tyrone

Update. 08/18/2025 Waited in drive through 20 mins while the manager yelled at the car in front of me that they had a party of 44 Thats fine. I ordered 2 items off the $5 duo item.and a large fry. A bacon cheeseburger and classic chicken. Told the girl I want the sandwhiches for $5. She couldnt hear me. There was alot of background noise in the restaurant. I got to the window and she tried to charge me $13 & changewhen it should only have been $9 something. The mamager came over and insisted unless I ask for "the duo" they ring it all up separetly and gave me pretty good attitude. I handed rhe food back to her and said keep it. She was frustrated from the people ahead of me who chewed her out and the # in the restaurant and didnt need to take it out on me. Then tried to say it was their policy when I said "Why wouldnt you just ring it for the 2 for $5?" I asked. And she acted like she was doing me the favor and said well I can do it but the damage was done. Morning staff is still nice and pleasant but the eggs need cooked more.. You have my contact info. Train your workers better. Have better coverage and get another manager or get her some stress training... You dont abandon the drive through for 20 minutes and you dont treat customers...

Stopped here for a quick bite while traveling thru. Since it was raining hard, we went in to order our to-go munchies, rather than using the drive-thru. (since there is no over-hang on this building to keep you dry while ordering) We waited inside at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone took our order. (As you can see in my photos they were not busy at the time of my visit.) When we (finally) got our food it was obvious the onion rings had been sitting for quite some time (each of our orders or fries/rings was also in about 4 containers a piece- not very environmentally friendly nor business smart to waste so many containers), we paid for cheese to be added to 2 sandwiches that did not get cheese added.

I wanted to call and complain to Burger King, but when I checked the bag for my receipt it was no where to be found. (my local BK tapes it to your bag- I thought others did this as well?)

I went one night and I ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings, and the cini minis. I didn't get icing for the cini minis. They made my food and forgot to pack it so I had to go up and ask if my order was ready. It was just sitting I'm the heat lamp. The lady was nice about it and I didn't complain. Last night, 9/12/25, I got onion rings and 2 chicken sandwiches. I hadnt eaten in 6 hours and was very hungry. On the way home, i ate a couple bites and a few onion rings. An hour later I had horrible stomach pains. I then ate a few more bites of my chicken sandwich and it tasted off. It tasted fishy and was soggy in the middle. The taste made me feel sick and I was done. I've also had diarrhea the next day. I called and the only thing they can do if I have the receipt is give me coupons. They said "we can't confirm that it's was our food that made you sick" Very...
