Purchase the $28.99 high mileage synthetic oil change special. Worker says “any oil filter” with it, so he sells me a Mobil 1 oil filter. Add a quart of oil stabilizer at $16.99. I use $20 in speed perks. I run my credit card and get the receipt and he charged me $68.73. I tell him the math isn’t mathing. Should be $45.98 plus tax. Tells me the oil filter he picked for me wasn’t part of the bundle. I told him to fix it. He “can’t deal with this” and gets a coworker to help me. This guy tells me he can fix the price but I will not get the $20 speed perk back because it has been used. It was used because you’re incompetent bud. Nothing he can do he says. I told him to sell me what I need for the $28.99 bundle and he needs to figure out how to discount it to account for the $20 speed perk. He rings me up for the bundle and the $16.99 oil stabilizer and offers a 20% coupon. I told him 20% isn’t $20. He was dumbfounded. I paid my $48.19 bill and thanked them for reminding me why humanity is doomed. What a joke. Picking parts from a computer screen isn’t rocket science. Or maybe it is. Original transaction was $68.73. I was refunded $48.73 because the $20 speed perk is not refundable according to the worker. Ended up paying $48.19 for what should have been $45.98 minus the $20 speed perk, for a grand total of $25.98 plus tax. Guess I should have...

As usual with all big box auto stores(dont expect much factory manufacturer parts outside of ur local dealerships). But do ur homework, know wat u want(instead of trying to explain to them in you're own partially made up car talk=95% of mistakes) and they'll take care of you...
