First of all Verizon is terrible. Their customer service has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. ESPECIALLY the store representatives. They don’t help you. They tell you to get ahold of the business phone number which is such a pain to get ahold of there customer service! I switched to T-Mobile because they are better than Verizon by a landslide. First of all why do you guys rip people off on the fees when you first get a phone from you guys? My bill was like $300 the first month with activation fees etc. I get it but come on, my first T-Mobile fee is WAY CHEAPER than the “perfect package” you guys provide. I will never go back to Verizon. T-Mobile is gonna drive you guys out of business someday and I’m just gonna sit back and laugh. Do yourself a favor and go to T-Mobile. And be careful with there forced contracts that they have you sign as well when you get your new phone. Once you’re guaranteed through a contract with Verizon. Anytime during the period you end up switching when you still have money left on the phone through the “36” month period through Verizon. They will get you with a “forced buyout” fee!! The store didnt get it set up when purchased (but said they did), I tried setting it up online, I called customer service, I went back to the store. No one was able to help me. I returned it but they didn't refund me the price for the watch. And when I noticed that error I also noticed I was charged 30% sales tax. So $60 on a purchase of $180. They won't explain. I requested a refund and for someone to explain. I gave photos of my receipt. They told me to go to the store. The store told me I didn't need a refund. Online help said I'd recieve the refund in 4-7 business days. I still haven't recieved it. They claimed they needed more info but won't respond when I asked what info was needed. They deleted my helpspot and I'm not able to file a new one - the button won't work. Fraudulent company that's only after your money. Read moreI am hoping to do review on the Tyrone PA Verizon store where I was waited on by Jennifer P. She SAVED MY LIFE today, I am not joking. Within an hour she had me up & operating to 100%. My phone suddenly and erroneously went into SOS mode with pop ups of SIM failure. This meant my 90 year old mom could not reach me nor my daughter. She not only fixed my problem, she educated me on the discounted plans, new phone deals, etc. I’ve always bought my phones at Apple Stores in DC area and for last 25 years, so for me to now want to buy from Verizon is not due to Verizon, but due to Jennifer. What a keeper!!! Give that woman a raise/promotion - something, please. Every Verizon store should use Jennifer as their example - they all need to emulate her.
