I had an amazing experience while visiting The Fashion exchange! The lady working was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect dress for my girlfriend. I actually don't live nearby and was in town for work. When I got back home I realized the dress was not the correct size/did not fit my girlfriend and being over 500 miles away it wasn't an option to drive to return it. I called several months later and the lady that helped me in the store remembered me on the phone. Without hesitation she told me I could ship it them and receive another dress with the right size.
