I called this place asking if they allowed one time shipments delivered to them, the lady on the phone seemed nice and said yes for $9.99. That was acceptable to me and I was excited to have a place to ship my 4 month olds (at the time) bassinet. I also chose to get pants shipped at the same time and selected for them to be in the same package.

Well we arrive the day it’s delivered at 4:45, I walk in and no one is around to help. I finally spotted a woman lounging in a back office on her phone. I called out to her by saying “hi excuse me”. She looked up from her phone and said “yes” like I was inconveniencing her and kept her phone up at her face. I told her why I was there and she is starts giving me an extremely hard time because I don’t know the exact lingo for shipments and receiving. She finally gets up to come to the counter with one package that has holes all through it. I pointed it out and she goes “well I didn’t ship it” with SO much attitude. At this point I ask her if I did something wrong and she tells me no. So we move on and she tells me it’s $20 for 2 packages, which I didn’t argue with but I did say “man I’m paying more to have this shipped than the item itself.” She snaps at me and tells me to get a mailbox. I was in shock. I told her we live in Florida and I had to buy a bassinet so this was my only choice.

She tells me to go pick my package up in the back and makes a comment about how I must have a newborn. I told her I have a 5 month old to which she responds “uh the box says 0-5”. We’re only using it while we’re visiting.

I was met with SO much judgment at this place for no reason. I left wanting to cry. I was so nice to the woman up front and she was so nasty to me. You couldn’t pay me to come back to this place. And I wouldn’t advise anyone else to go at $10 a package. Lord forbid Amazon ships your packages separately, you’re...

I went to this location to drop off prepaid UPS packages twice recently. Both times one of the older female employees wrote my phone number down on the package I wanted sent out. I asked if she covered up the phone number before sending out the package to which she said "no". I asked her to cover up my phone number as I didn't want my number available to anyone who handles the UPS package. She smirked at me then grunted and as I walked away made a certain hand gesture towards me. I will absolutely not be going back to this store as clearly it's employees are disrespectful and...

Consolidated mail stop- choose your delivery sevice, they will even package it for you! Plus, they offer personal mailboxes, mexico calling cards, and even Girl Scout Cookies, all at reasonable prices. Room for improvement with regard to streamlining mail/package handling and making accurate notifications of their delivery in a consistent and timely manner, and on a regular basis. Overall, though, this is a great business offering a lot of services all at one spot, and they seem like good people. Love...
