Rent-A-Center — Local services in Unity Township

I have been renting various items through Rent A Center for years now. We have purchased a couch, a washer, a portable dishwasher, and also 2 gaming computers, as well as 3 laptops. The staff there is very friendly and willing to help out customers very quickly and as hassle free as possible. Danielle the manager has gone above and beyond to get us our merchandise quickly, and to help us repair or replace if we have to use our benefits plus. Tim is always awesome, and he helps to schedule our deliveries quickly, and make sure all merchandise shows up safely and is installed properly. Amanda is wonderfully friendly, and always reaching out to us about possible rental options including the recent addition of tire rentals that they have available to customers now. She is so helpful when I call in to make a payment when I need to. Overall, I am so pleased, and would recommend Rent A Center in Latrobe to friends, family, and just anyone who needs their services and likes a good customer experience which is hard to find these...

The guy who picked up my stuff was ver my rude and harassed me. My girlfriend wouldn’t allow me to even go upstairs while they retrieved the merchandise for fear what I might say or do for them harassing. Then the guy said why I didn’t come out of my vehicle and I said it was in everyone’s best interest especially his. He was a smart guy and very unprofessional. I would suggest in the future he be careful how he approaches his customers for everyone won’t be as mellowed out as me.I would highly suggest against this rent to own, problems and they will add fees any chance they get on too of you paying double for...

Ya. Well, I was about to pay my washer Off last month, but the lid lock went bad the day before my payoff was due. You guys switched me n gave me a loaner. Then I paid the payment and was waiting to get it back by this month, coz u said it'd be bout 3 wks til it was fixed... Here I am. Anouther payment due, and I still have the de, nted up, marked up Washer u loaned me.. I'd REALLY Like 2 get MY NEW WASHER back and pay it off...
