Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Unity Township

Bought carry-out from Asian Kitchen this past weekend while visiting our daughter at school. It was nice to be able to order online with a scheduled pick-up 90 minutes later. While the food was much better than another carry-out Chinese restaurant across the street that we tried a few months earlier, I was a bit disappointed... the online ordering has the ability to keep you apprised of the order status but it seems the restaurant doesn't bother using that feature. Even though the order was placed 90 minutes in advance of my requested pick-up time, it still wasn't ready until 10 minutes after I asked them when it would be ready. Also, despite adding remarks to exclude myshrooms for each item ordered, the restaurant either ignored it or overlooked it. Lastly, while waiting for the order at the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice the cook/chef opening a bag of commercially frozen pot stickers. I could go to Costco or BJ's and get that...

We have been ordering from your restaurant for two years now, and just ordered again tonight. I must say, in those two years we have never had not one bad meal from your restaurant! I am surprised at some of the bad reviews. We have never had soggy breading, or fatty chicken. Our pork, chicken and shrimp was delicious tonight! Everything we have ordered has always been fresh and delicious. You have the best rice both fried and plain of any Chinese place we have ever eaten. I cant stand brown color fried rice and yours is so nice and fluffy and fresh never brown! Your portions are still generous and the veggies are always fresh and wonderful, and plentiful! You are and always will be our go to Asian food restaurant! Keep up the good work. ...

I ordered online they told me a time to pick it up so I went there to pick it up and actually was 10 minutes late from the time it said it would be ready. But I was late because I never got a text or call saying it was ready. When I went up to the building the open sign was off and the doors were locked so I assumed they were closed. So I went somewhere else to eat and as I got home land eating my food I get a call saying my order was ready. After an hour of the original time it said it would be ready.
