Because of Covid, we made an appointment to make things more convenient. The girl my husband made the appointment with was with a customer, so someone else offered to help. We told him we needed 3 new phones (myself, my husband, and our 14 yr old daughter) and obviously a different plan (my husband and daughter still using old flip phone). I told him I did not want to pay a monthly fee for the phones. We saw about 5 online that are FREE (with a 24 no. credit). He does not ask us anything about what we want or need, just goes in the back and walks out with 3 phones. Says this is what we are able to get. Told me I was only "eligable" to upgrade to a flip-phone. WHAT??? Said he can't get any other phone, they'd have to be ordered. Told us we don't want any of those phones because Verizon just wants to get rid of them because people have so many problems with them. I held up the phone I'm using, told him this was a "free" LG phone (from Verizon) I've had for over 2 yrs and never had a problem with it!
Seems to me someone just wanted to "sell" us phones. Very condescending - if we weren't going to "buy" three $1000 IPhones or Samsung Galaxy's, we just went worth the time or effort.

I have been passing those stores by to conduct my business at the Latrobe location Verizon store. I have never had a bad or even slightly off experience at the Latrobe store everyone there is eager to help very courteous very understanding to your needs and do what they can to meet all of your needs above and beyond by all means Best Verizon location for all of your needs.
Today was the first time I felt with associate Jacob, from the Latrobe Verizon team. As I stated before I travel approximately 25 miles for this location. The service I received there is perfect on all points. Jacob stepped directly into the excellent team role of this location. I walked in on my lunch hour, he greeted me. I told him what I needed. Then I answered a couple questions he had about my needs. I was back to work within my lunch hour time limit with new phone completely functional. Jacob discussed permotions and what he felt was best to fit my needs. Then took action and took care of me . These people are great at what they do . Thank you Jacob and the Latrobe...

Returned a defective product that I had for 1 day, and was told that even though they are aware that the particular product has been a problem, (which they didn't bother informing of at the time of purchase), that they won't stand behind it. When did it become okay to sell products that are known to be a problem, not inform the customer, then not even back it up? I had a similar problem with them in the past, and we only purchased there this time because it was closest. Big mistake! Verizon agreed with me and even tried to get them to make this right, but wireless zone is not a true Verizon store, and won't budge.
