Coffee & Cream — Restaurant in Unity Township

I stopped by this coffee shop around 9:30 this morning (12-18) since their parking lot was pretty much empty compared to starbucks' drive- thru. The woman on the speaker said that she'd "be right with me" and I replied okay, thank you, but after 4 minutes, I politely asked if she was now waiting for me to place the order or if I need to continue to wait (since it had been some time and one car was there). She snapped and said, "I'll be right with you!" in such a rude tone which caught me off guard because I just wanted clarity. I was polite during entire interaction. I presume she may have been an older woman based off of her voice. I did leave the drive thru after that, but hope she can heal from whatever she may be going through that is making...

So happy this place is here! Happily go here vs Starbucks, coffee never tastes burnt like it does at Starbucks! Great coffee’s and fun seasonal versions make it easy to try new things. Plus it’s cute as crap inside. The ladies are super nice and are always rushing around because it’s usually busy but they always remain polite and friendly! Got a burnt sandwich the other day, shit happens, had a free one after I called in just to let them know, two days went by because I didn’t stop in the day after and they still remembered and got it to me without even asking because I already forgot. Will keep coming back and can’t wait to try more...

The baristas were very friendly and fast. The iced chai was good. I was impressed that they offered gluten free options. But it’s lightning was a little intense for a coffee shop vibe and music was blaring louder than some bars!
