Chocolate Emporium — Local services in University Heights

I was so excited when I came across this website to see they offered vegan chocolate chips in bulk, for a reasonable price, and free shipping (or so I thought). I was then contacted after making the purchase and informed I would have to pay an extra 30 for shipping because international shipping is not free (he took some of the cost off) to which I said was fine. Product was shipped without an invoice so I was contacted directly by UPS company saying they were unable to get in touch with the owner and it’ll be sent back if they don’t get an invoice. I called and emailed but by the time the Chocolate Emporium replied, it was too late and it had already been shipped back. So they resent it WITH the invoice, and I got an email from the UPS informing me I owed an additional 70 dollars. I highly recommend the Chocolate Emporium in Cleveland, OH for all your chocolate and candy needs. I reached out via email requesting a custom tray of delicious vegan goodies to be delivered to a friend on her birthday. Nathaniel got back to me the same day and helped answer all my questions. I called in and worked with Terry, who was very helpful, to select treats for the custom order. They allowed me to pick whatever items I wanted to add, noting they would adjust quantities based on my overall budget ($40). They delivered a beautiful tray to my friend's house on a Sunday, free of charge because it was a local delivery. I can't recommend this shop enough. A lovely place to take the family for Easter (just wish that they had the chocolate penguins I was looking for). Brought this year's wife and our kids for a nice meal (kids were a little disappointed that they didn't get to see the chocolate penguins like I'd promised). We mostly chose seafood options, although Forster got wild and ordered a burger (don't think he would have had to order it - and end up hospitalized for 2 weeks! - if they'd had chocolate penguins). A must visit if you're in the area, fun for the whole rookery (I'd just strongly recommend bringing your own chocolate penguins, as an instructional tool more than anything; I tried to ask the staff for a "chocolate penguin" repeatedly but it seemed like they didn't even understand what I was saying...
