American Express centurion recommended this florist and we ordered a $250 bouquet. The flowers the florist chose were the least expensive and most common flowers available. I asked that they take back the original flowers and send something more unique. (I sent several example photos) they sent back peach roses, the most common tulips (not even parrot tulips) and hydragenas. I could have gone to Trader Joe’s and bought all of the flowers and made the arrangement for $25. I took the second arrangement back and asked for peonies. The owner told me that peonies weren’t in season.. it was the first week of May (peek peony season!). The owner refused to make me a replacement.
