I understand there are more than one of this restaurant, but this is a neighborhood restaurant close to home for us that presents their dishes 'no frills.' We eat here at least once and sometimes twice each week. This place can get BUSY; yet despite this the food is consistently fresh, perfectly prepared, and provided in a clean and well maintained environment. Never had a dirty dish or utensil. Every venture away from our regular choices results in a new 'find' on the menu making us wonder why we didn't try whatever-it-is sooner. The menu is very broad. Prices are just plain reasonable. The 'non-fish' items are excellent as well. On those few occasions over the years where there has been any problem with an item, it was changed out immediately and with absolute concern for our enjoyment. That includes everybody from the manager down to the 'buss girl.' I would only expect a 'Fish House' this good in a Coastal city. If you like your salmon medium-rare, you may find yourself a 'regular' here too. Absolutely... Five Stars... and a...

Their taco plate has more food for the same price. So for the same price you get 3x the protein and no stale frozen fries. Great for my grandpa's meal but left me hungry. I threw the fries away because they were just hard and not very good. Their customer service is awful.
I live 20 minutes away and their solution is I can spend 40 minutes there and back for a refund. Really? So I spend 40+ on food from them and half my order is two cups of frozen french fries that are limp and luke warm with lots of grease.
The place smelled like old fish when you walk by before you...
Read moreI ordered the Trout Almondine with grilled vegetables and red beans and rice. I added pico de gallo and tartar sauce. I filled an insulated to go cup with Sprite from the soda fountain. I just had a total knee replacement surgery two months ago and was about to go back to the hospital the next morning for a knee manipulation under anesthesia procedure. I wanted a light meal and this meal didn't disappoint! One of the employees opened the door for me when they saw that I was using a cane for support. Once the meal was ready to pickup at the front, I asked the cashier if he could bring the tray to my table. He was friendly and helpful. Everyone was very hospitable at this location including other customers. I enjoyed eating my dinner and then left. I had intended to have leftovers for the next day, but I ended up eating almost everything on my plate. It was a good choice for a pre...
