Stay away. Stay far away. We ordered beds in August of 2021 for an early 2022 delivery. On December 13, 2022, we scheduled the four beds (costing over $13k) to be delivered on February 8th to coincide with our move. I called today to confirm the delivery and was told that we had no such appointment despite my email confirmation. They agreed that they never provided any notice and that the best they can do is deliver them on MAY 6, 2022! I now have requested a refund and have to go find mattresses with less than a week's time. Go anywhere else but this place -- the salesman might sell you something but they can't deliver!
As an update, the store told me that my delivery was dropped when we updated the delivery address which was a lie. I was told by another sleep number location that it was dropped because they did not have the beds to deliver. Read moreThe man who helped us, if I recall his name was JT, we came into the store like 5 minutes before he closed for the night, and he was already cleaning up and shutting down. He was so professional we were shocked by it, he didn't care at all that we stopped him from leaving to go home, he helped us the same way like we came in early in the morning. Not only that but he put zero pressure on us to buy, and we litteraly looked at,and tried every bed in the store almost until we finally decided on buying the Comfort cool with adjustable frame! And sheets and mattress covers and pillows .. ettc... He stayed open 2.5 hours later than they were open just to help us! He was very professional and knowledgeable on the product. And we had a 5 year old running around the store also and he wasn't upset at all. Overall it was a great experience. It was a costly experience tho.....lol,we could have purchased a car for the same price.....So I hope the bed is as good as the customer service was. Highly recommend...
Read moreVery disappointed in customer service and my delivery experience with Sleep number. I have 6 beds from there and the delivery was horrible! I slept on the floor for 3 weeks due to a hose issue and their earliest appt was 5 weeks after delivery. Then someone internal sent the service guys to the incorrect address. My other delivery on 11/10 was a nightmare. The delivery guys refused to set my beds up online all are not configured, none are online or operational. I've called Scott about these issues only directing me to the 1800 number, been on hold for hours, transferred, hung up on and still do not have anything resolved. I'm about to return all 6 beds. This is a delivery and technology fail and no customer should be left high and dry to set up their own beds. Something internally was not configured for me to get them online and it's an internal issue. I can't spend more time on this as i've spend hours already and nothing is fixed.
