What a pretentious store with a horrible business model. Employees don't know prices and enforce a pointless work flow. You must purchase before knowing anything about the flavors, but the unfriendly staff didn't explain anything about the process or try to help. They seemingly couldn't offer any information on prices or sizes. With that approach, I don't see how they stay in business, and I recommend you seek other options.

I will confess that the macarons and the gelato tasted good, but the process to acquire it was not worth it or the price. I suggest the staff offer helpful instructions in a friendly manner to customers dealing with a convoluted and unfamiliar shopping process.

EDIT: Thank you for your responsiveness. Your response to reviews here speaks highly of your care for your company. I think the situation could have been avoided if the staff would simply have explained the process to us rather than refusing to give us information until after we made a purchase. A customer may not know what size or type they want to purchase until after tasting the gelato, so being forced to buy a size/style and pay for it before selecting a flavor or flavors is quite confusing. We also weren't told that we could combine flavors within the same package. And it seems like you can't change your mind and add to your order without returning to the register for a second purchase. Super duper delicious gelato! I literally tried almost every single flavor since this was my first time and they were so nice about it. The sample amount given in a spoon was generous so you can actually taste the gelato. Not like some places where they give tiny amounts where you can even figure out the taste of the gelato. I got the classic with 4 flavors: pistachio, hazelnut chocolate, mint chocolate, and blueberry cheesecake. All 4 were great and amazing. The gelato was soft and smooth and you can really taste the authetenic-ness of the ingredients and flavors. Another thing I really liked was that they actually filled the cup of gelato to the bottom of the cup, so it was actually full of gelato. I've been to other gelato places where they just scrape the gelato onto the sides of the cup to make it look like its a full cup, but as you get to the middle or close to the bottom of the cup, you notice the bottom half of the cup is completely empty and no ice cream - so then you've paid full price for a half cup of gelato. Thank goodness Amorino Gelatin didn't do that and it was packed to the bottom! I would definitely go back! Super good...

I visited this gelato place today. The ice cream was amazing. My friend recommended me to try this place so I went to this place with my friend and it was so disappointing. Even though your ice cream is great but your staff service was so suck. I asked to try some testing of gelato flavor but she try to make me pay and chose what I gonna eat, I don’t even know what ice cream i gotta order yet Y!? I need to order right away? This is my first time ordering with her and it’s gonna be the last time too. If this lady can choose what she need to paid by try only one or two times it’s her but not us. So disappointed. Oh I forgot that lady with sunglasses was nice though don’t get me wrong but her coworker so rude to us. Ps. I just talked with my friend who recommended this place with us and she said she also got this rude service from weekend staff too.
