Disappointed in this boutique. My daughter purchased 4 dresses and a sweater online at the warehouse sale. She than placed another order and some how she never received her first order (they were suppose to be shipped together). She would call and leave messages and no one would return her call, they would only reply to her through email. Her first order was sent to someone else and to compensate her they gave her 20% off her next order. What a slap in the face...she had 4 dresses and can't even buy one dress to what she spent on the 4 during the warehouse sale. I certainly feel this boutique did not try to make things right (they are currently offering 25% off their site). Unfortunately, we referred a lot of girls to this boutique and will be telling them about my daughters POOR experience.

Read moreI first went to this store March 23rd at 1pm. No one greeted me as I walked in. No one offered to help in any way at all when I was looking through the skirt shelf in the back. I understand I looked a little rough when I went in but still! Stayed for about 10 minutes total. No one said "thank you for stoping by" or acknowledge me at all as I was leaving. Maybe your experience will be different. Selections were not bad but not great. Get ready to get a loud noise overload. The Playlist is fun but a little too loud for my taste. Read moreBe aware that online purchases can only be returned for store credit or exchange. No refunds. I purchased online via the Facebook storefront and the policy is definitely not stated anywhere visible. It just says "You can return new and unused items within 30 days." You would have to click the returns link in the footer and read the entire policy to know that refunds are not allowed. Also, online purchases cannot be returned in store. Impeccable Pig obviously doesn't care about customer service - the complete opposite...
