I purchased ram on amazon and found out I could purchase from Aeon locally for will call. They quoted me a price after telling me to return the ram to amazon and buy direct from them for a better price since they wouldn't have to pay amazon fees. I called back to place the order and they increased the price, then the manager got on the phone as I tried to explain the situation and he said it's his business and hung up on me.
