Macy's — Local services in Upland

Finally, a stand alone Macy’s not attached to an outdoor mall! In my neighborhood! I visited this store for first time since their grand opening on 11/9/24, great layout, and I had the most rare, best, customer service experience unlike any previous Macy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s about due time, as I’m in my 40’s and I just want to be able to find parking, find what I need (with the help of competent staff; rare these days)—and this store welcomed me with all of the above. It was so exceptional, I took names that day—Manager Anthony personally assisted me in the fine jewelry department. Elite service. Almost hesitant to leave this store a 5 star review bc I don’t want too many herds from south of Foothill to flock to this store, lol.. if you know what I mean. (Haha, locals Colonies thing.) This Has Got To Be One Of The First Off-Mall Small Format Macy's Store That Has Opened In The Greater Los Angeles Area Because There Are More Of The Larger Formats Around Us. The Concept Of This Store Looks Unique And Cool, Since It Is Something That We May Have Never Seen Before. I Hope That This Macy's Does Not Force The Closure Of The Locations In Montclair And At Victoria Gardens. If Anyone Wants To Get A Good Deal At Macy's, I Would Recommend This Store For Them Because It Even Has Great Prices. Overall, This Is Going To Be One Of The Best Macy's...
