I absolutely loooove them!! So I had an issue with my cell it wasn’t turning on at all, took it Tmobile and they told me there wasn’t anything they could do and I should take it to Apple. I went to Apple and they told me I needed a hard reset which would’ve deleted over 30,000 pictures I have on this device. The other option I was given by Apple was to contact someone to restore the memory on my phone, I was told that option would cost me thousands. I was hesitant with that option so I waited while deciding my next move.When I called these wonderful guys on Monday 10 mins before they closed they explained to me that they could fix it. So I went there on Tuesday with very little expectations being that everyone else told me my that I lost everything on my phone. When I tell you they are a phone genius, they are!! I was there not a good ten minutes, he opened up the phone, and first thing he noticed was my battery had shifted! Something the Apple Employee could’ve done as well but didn’t!!!! Once he put the battery back, and charged my phone a little, my phone that hadn’t powered on since Sunday turned on!!! All my contacts, pictures and everything else on the phone are still here. I’m extremely happy and grateful for them! No need to go anywhere else for your phone needs! Come to them, they are reasonable and actually know what they are doing. Thank you guys so much!
