The food was pretty good but my entrée, the Bistec Salvadoreno was quite salty & I do like my food on the saltier side but it was still a bit much for me. I also got the Combo Salvadoreno as an appetizer which included a bean & cheese pupusa (amazing, highly recommend), yucca fries (very good 😋), sautéed? plantains (good), a sweet corn tamale (pretty good but dry), chili sauce (could have been spicier but had good depth of flavor), thick white sauce (not sure what it was but it was a bit cheesy tasting and very good), & a cabbage slaw with oregano (very fresh & tasty - the earthiness of the oregano balances the tang in an interesting way). I got the Empanadas Salvadorenas Con Leche as a dessert and these were also very good! I also got the 32 Oz hibiscus juice for a drink and I was disappointed that they diluted it with ice and it definitely wasn’t as good as other hibiscus I’ve had, possibly as a result of...

They literally forgot one main dish worth about $12 as well as a whole order of plantains $6. Refused to give a refund because I had paid cash. They said I could drive back (20 mins each way) for the entree that was missed. Also they said the cook said she had placed it in there and that I was wrong. They then proceeded to make me take pictures and send them to the cook and then the owner for the missing items. The owner responded by text saying she would call me the next day. I have yet to receive a call from the owner who said she would call me and try to resolve the issue. The food was decent. The chicken fajitas tasted like shrimp due do cooking it in same pan and not cleaning it. Thank god no one had a shrimp allergy. If they would’ve made it right I would give them 3 stars. But that is horrible customer service and the fact that it wasn’t a priority for the owner to make it right did not sit right....

I am not a happy customer. I requested an order that was $10.95 on their website and instead they recommended something that was over $13 and not similar to what I ordered. I didn’t find out about the price until I picked up the order, and they weren’t willing to help me out despite being my first time eating from them. Their website is wrong. I haven’t even tried the food yet since I’m so upset. I’m never coming here again even if the food taste fine and I’m not recommending this place to anyone or telling others about it.
