Been coming here for years I love the quality of the finish product when completed!!! They are amazing as far as service is concerned but after today I may never return. I loved when the owner use to be in the shop! He was very kind and relatable to his customers. The new employees rush you and give you prices over the phone that they don’t stick by. I came in after speaking with someone on the phone & when I came in all employees acted as if they didn’t speak to me prior giving me a $50 quote I am not concerned about pricing I am upset about them acting as if they didn’t tell me the price or spoken to me at all… then tells me the guy is new so he doesn’t know any better . Manipulating people. Took advantage of one of my family members because she's a woman. They take advantage of people who know nothing about what they're buying, meaning customer service is terrible and being in business myself this place has to be one of the worse places if not the worst I've ever came across as far as taking advantage for their own financial gain. I have a friend that owns a cell phone store and I know how the business works and they take it to the extreme when it comes to maximizing their profits at the expense of there customers that are just looking for information and a reasonable deal....

My go to place for all of my electronic needs. From repairs, cases and other accessories to all other electronic products, options are limitless. Located right Infront of the 69th street terminal. I regularly come here for screen repairs, new cases, MacBook chargers, and screen protector. No complaints. Hands down the best electronic store in the area.
