Robert Gerlach is the best. My brother in law introduced me to the Gerlach s and it was the best thing he has ever done for me. These men know their stuff, I just got finished a little over a year ago with my third oldest son purchasing an engagement ring from Gerlach and as before I was amazed at how much Robert Gerlach knows about jewelry but also what a wonderful person he is. I also have taken my wife s engagement ring and had Robert put the diamond in a new setting which my wife loves. I am getting ready to take my fourth son to see Robert and i know my son and myself will walk out the door with the best ring at the right price....... I highly recommend the Gerlach s...... I know I won't go...

What an amazing place!

Was directed here by friends to have my wife's wedding band looked at due to discoloring. Upon arrival we were met at the door and immediately assisted. This has been a family own and operated jewelry business for 50 years, and their service shows why they are still around. They assisted my wife, cleaned her rings, checked them to make sure the diamond settings were secure and assure there was no damage, uncommon wear, etc. Their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none.

My chain needed repaired and now its 2 different chains when it only needed to be welded never again,im not happy!!!!! It would have been nice to tell me before and just doing this,which changed the look of the chain.YOU said , you could repair it with welding @the bottom where it wouldn't be noticeable ,but did differently without explaining, my heart hurts I loved my chain...
