Buyer beware. This store sometimes passes deliveries to DoorDash. My recent order was passed to DoorDash for delivery. The driver took multiple orders and headed away from my address (five minutes from store) to an address about 30 minutes from my house (with traffic). When I saw that the order was going to be very late (monitoring the driver's progress), I called the store to cancel. The store advised me that once they gave the order to DoorDash it was out of their control. Currently working with DoorDash and Pizza Hut to get a refund of the order I did not receive. This store needs to recognize that my order was a contract with PIZZA HUT, and as such they are responsible for it the whole way to delivery, and PIZZA HUT is responsible to the customer for the performance of their contract delivery services.

I had written that complaint on their website, so if you're looking to get an issue resolved, then file a complaint on their website. I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars. If I happen to eat here again, I will increase the rating, if the quality of their food improves. They claim they have adjusted their oven temps. The owners of this store should pay close attention that they are following the franchises rules for making the food.

He mentioned no problem. Just as I was about to give him my credit card, I was put on hold without warning. I waited and waited while they played the same ad again and again.
