I love their food. The staff is very nice, considerate and thoughtful. The prices aren't too high either. One other thing that I love is that when the waitress (sorry, I can't remember her name but she was very nice) asked me if I was going to have dessert and I said I was debating it but that I was leaning towards walking over to the Dairy Queen next door, she said to totally go for Dairy Queen (I hope that doesn't get her in trouble with her boss but I really appreciated her being honest and I'm just about to dig in to my Choco Blizzard.) One thing that is sometimes really annoyingly is just pulling out of the parking lot, especially trying to turn left out of the parking lot. Today, the traffic was a little heavier than I was expecting and, just to turn right, I had to wait about 3-5 minutes. Update for 11/15/23: I had the Magnificent Seven breakfast because Perkins sent me a coupon in my email, so the Magnificent Seven portion was $6.49 (plus I had Crispy Tots, sausage and white toast. I would've rather had rye toast but unfortunately, the rye bread that Perkins carries has caraway seeds and I can't eat anything with seeds.) The meal was very good and I'm going back to Perkins the first...

Went here for lunch with my momma. We got seated & served quickly.
Perkins has a celiac disease/gluten free menu. It's limited but there's enough on there to find several things to eat. I'm surprised since they're a chain restaurant. My meal did come out gluten free & safe but it did come out incorrectly.
I ordered an everything omelete without tomatoes. They skimped on the mushrooms, there were literally two pieces & that's it. Enough ham & peppers. Cup of fruit was literally 2 pieces of fruit in the cup, & one grape LOL talk about cheap - my meal was over $15. I would like more than one 🍇
I asked for well done hashbrowns & they were practically mushy & raw. The waitress realized they were wrong but NO I'm not sending my food back! I'm unsure what they'll do to my food & by the time my food would come back, my mom would be done eating.
Get it correct the first time.
Bathrooms were GROSS & the restaurant has a dirty, run down feeling to it.
We won't be back anytime soon. Need more gluten free places to explore...
Read moreI do not usually take the time to write reviews but the service here was terrible. We order soup and a salad to split and the waitress forgot the soup. She brings out my daughters nachos which tastes like dog food, and I mention the soup. Five minutes later she comes out with my meal and says they are out of fruit and walks away. Like ordering a Big Mac meal and getting no French fries! She walks away and when she comes back to see how the meal is about 10 minutes later I ask if there is a substitute for the fruit or a price reduction on the meal. She comes back and says I can have a muffin. I don't want a muffin. Like substituting French fries with a granola bar!! The thing is they have the fruit, they just do not want to take the time to cut it up!! Then I get to check out and I say to the guy that I am surprised that they charged me full price for a meal when I didn't get 1/3 of it. He IGNORES ME and asks if I wanna leave a tip on the card!! Lol You gotta be...
