this place is pretty much a joke. ordered from them last night for the first time (a Wednesday night). apparently the girl who took our order put out address in 100% wrong, and hour and 15 minutes after ordering we still hadn't received our food so we call and are told we're out of delivery range (we like 5 minutes up State Rd from the shop) then to find out they put or address in wrong. we're told they're going to contact the driver and call us back. hear back about 15 minutes later that they're sorry and our food is on its way. at this point we're at an hour and a half for 2 cheese steaks and fries. we ask to speak with a manager because this is ridiculous. we're told there's no manager or owner there so we tell them we would like a call from them that night (a business should be able to have someone with some authority contact a customer same day) well, of course...we never get a call. we finally get our food (hour and 45mins after ordering) and the driver calls and says "I'm out front" in which case I tell him to knock on the door (I mean, come on...) and so we get our food and of course...it's cold. you know, because we ordered almost 2 hours ago. still no call from a manager. when we spoke to the shop we asked if there was anything they could do because this is outrageous and we're told oh well we can't give you anything for free or refund you but you can cancel your order...I don't want free food, yes, I'd like some of my money back but honestly, I'd be okay with getting a call back! I'm 8 months pregnant and at that point, I've already waited almost 2 hours, I'm freaking starving...no I don't want to cancel the order, I just want my food and to speak with someone who actually can help me or at least try to help me..even if it's a sincere apology. so ridiculous. we will not be ordering from this...

NORMALLY I would give this place 5 stars.. it is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to get cheese steaks. My family and I order from here once to 3 times a week as well as friends that we have passed the word on to. Tonight I spoke with a girl named "Gabby" who told me I had to spend more than what I was spending for delivery. I again told her I order everyday including just last night and my total always comes to 11 dollars and some change when I am just ordering one cheese steak. She then proceeded to SCREAM at me on the phone. I asked for a manager or owner who she stated was not there .. weird. One should ALWAYS be on duty.. or someone who is at least ACTING manager. She then screamed again ILL SEND YOUR FU@%!*G CHEESESTEAK and hung up on me. I Called back again asking to speak to a manager or owner. She again said that wasnt possible. I told her to cancel the cheese steak, I dont trust that nothing would be done to it due to her disgusting and unprofessional attitude and that I will be calling and speaking to a manager at a later date. She eventually gave me her name and I hung up and...

Good pizza....way better than the chain stores in the area. But I feel like the pizza is the only thing worth getting. They have a $5 small pizza deal during the weekdays, so I recommend getting that. Their subs are sub-par, a lot of the sides I've tried have me dehydrated for 24hrs, and one of their delivery drivers isn't as polite as you'd expect. Major turn-off is that I've witnessed, more than once, them not wearing gloves while preparing the food. I get that they wash their hands, but gloves would ensure more sanitary conditions....I was especially disgusted when I noticed the nails of the guy who made my food. I'm not good with social situations, so I paid for my food and threw it out on my way home. Also, if you order online, you have to call them if you want to pay by card AND their deals are not available online. I really wish I could like this place more, but it's disappointed me way too many times to go back. It's been a while since I last went into the store to get my order, so maybe they wear gloves now?....I'm...
