I keep giving this giant location tons and tons of slack because they are on my way home from work, its so easy to swing in and grab a few things. With that being said, every time i set foot in this store I am reminded of how unprofessional and rude the staff is - including your arrogant manager! I understand that these are trying times for everyone, but a little customer service will go a long way..... I went looking for something happened to run into the manager who quickly without thought, said "maim every thing we have is out on the shelves," he said that after I watched associate after associate come out of the back storeroom with carts to stock the shelves, so that was a lie. To top it off he was walking the wrong way in the directional isles that they set up for social distancing. So why should a customer take it seriously if the own manager doesn't? Issues start at the top if the manager doesn't take his store seriously why should the employees let alone the customers? Your manager is a joke- fire him and hire someone else. This store never had products even before the covid-19 crisis "Miss we don't carry marrow bones....." a week after I wrote it in their survey as a complaint SURPRISE, marrow bones showed up in the freezer department. The giant down the street in spring house had marrow bones all along... Now that we are in a state of crisis this giant is even worse. I will NEVER step foot in this...
Read moreIt pains me to write this negative review, as the staff here is truly excellent, but I couldn't find another mechanism of communicating to upper management (I will promptly take down this review once I'm heard). My issue is that the bottled water here is consistently awful! I can't say how many times I wake up feeling wonderful, then consume only a half liter of bottled water from this location, and then suddenly feel absolutely horrendous. This issue applies to, at the minimum: Smart Water, Fiji, & Powerade. For years, I'd travel to other stores instead of this much more convenient spot, to avoid this consistent dilemma. I'd describe it as anti-water; instead of hydrating, it sucks me dry. It has to be some issue in the supply chain or storage, such as it marinating in diesel fumes during delivery. Today is the last straw and the reason for my vocalization: I woke up perfectly fine, consumed only two 500ml Fiji waters from a 6pack, and have been asphyxiating in misery ever since. Thus, there must be something seriously wrong at some point in the process and as this has been a multi-year consistent pattern, I feel inclined to finally complain. It's a shame, because the staff there and everything...
Read moreThis store is the absolute worst supermarket Iâve ever experienced. Empty shelves constantly and complete management ambivalence and incompetence. I also, stupidly, have my prescriptions there. During the recent storms they lost power and internet. They used a generator to power the store but didnât have internet access which they apparently need to access the âdrug vault.â I had two scripts ready for pickup and was told they couldnât access the vault and had no way to override. I spoke with the store manager who basically mumbled that they never planned for this type of event and shrugged his shoulders. What legitimate business, especially those responsible for dispensing medications, some life-saving, doesnât have a disaster recovery plan? Arenât there minimum standards which need to be met for being a licensed pharmacy, such as processes to ensure you can provide your customers with their meds when needed? ...
