Update:
About a week and a half ago, I host my daughterās 1yo birthday lunch at Sharetea Fatty Panda. I am so glad that the staff and managers there are all willing to work with me on this. I have a total guest count of 31 with 14 kids from age 0-7. With that many young kids, you know how out of hands that can be here and there. The staffs gave me a little hand and accommodate my party set ups. They were very patient and professional with us in taking such a large group orders. I have placed food order ahead of time and drinks were order throughout the party by my guests. They were also friendly and cautious with the kids too! Definitely a superb customer service.
As for the food, they were Delicious! I was so upset that I didnāt get a chance to take pictures of all the dishes! All my guests love the food there. I ordered⦠Taiwanese Pancakes - they were crispy and kids LOVE them! Salt & Pepper Chicken Wings - crispy on the outside and very tender and juicy inside. Ja Jiang Mein - very appetizing with a little kick of spiciness Beef Ho Fun (Dry) - this is definitely Chinatown quality Beef with Satay Sauce Ho Fun - omg, this is one of my fav there! Stir Fry Instant Noodles - one of the yummy and easy to eat food for the kids Fried Rice - another Chinatown quality fried rice, and not slimy fried rice Walnut Shrimp - i cant stop eating the shrimps when i am not a big shrimp fan! Taiwanese Fried Pork Chop - great dish to go with rice and noodle Mixed Vegetables - specifically order for one of my Vegan guest
And not to mention tons of bubble tea and drinks we have all ordered. Highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

Very small things, but very dishonestš§
From the restaurant side, Response on 23:08 10/22/2022 Makes me more DISAPPOINTED.
Restaurant side said: "You were a party of 8" BUT,NO, Restaurant side dishonest again. We were 7 people, including 3 kids under 9.
Restaurant side said: "Furthermore , it is industry standard to automatically charge 20% gratuity for the waitstaff for any parties over 6. "
BUT, from my understanding :
Firstļ¼ Thereās no law requiring customers to leave a tip.
Second, If a restaurant charges an automatic gratuity, it MUST be made CLEAR. Restaurants MUST let customers know in advance of the surcharge for automatic gratuity for large parties. āIt is entirely acceptable and indeed common, for a restaurant to add an additional 20 percent gratuity charge on a bill with EIGHT or more guests,ā , āBut such a fee is only permissible if the policy is made abundantly clear to the customers BEFORE the order is placed.ā Thatās why often see in small print āparties of EIGHT or more will incur a 20 percent gratuity fee.ā
QUESTION to Restaurant side: Why didn't put it on the menu clearly, but Inform your guest after deducting the MONEY without authorization?
Is It Legal for Restaurants to Include Mandatory Tip? The IRS defines a tip as something optional or extra that only the CUSTOMER determines.
No offense, just don't understand. I tipped more than 20% already . Is this your comfort to...

Went back again in early September. Much improved. Faster service and more efficient systems!
Went there on their soft opening on Sunday. The 24th.
Pros: food tasted good and my kids enjoyed which is great since they are p icky eaters. Nice service staff. Food price is good and my wife and kids enjoyed their boba drink.
Cons: slow wait time, and the Taiwan popcorn chicken. Little bit high on the boba drink price.
Popcorn chicken tasted fine and my kids enjoyed it but it was not Taiwanese style. It was cooked in the Chinese salt and pepper style that I love from Chinese restaurants but was not expecting when I ordered it. Iāve had real Taiwanese popcorn chicken in the night markets of Taipei which is usually small crispy chicken thighs battered from tapioca starch with crispy fried basil and spiced with white pepper and sichuan powder. The one I had was with salt and pepper with green chilis and the batter was very thick and dense. It tasted fine and would order it for my kids but I would not advertise it as Taiwanese style. I had their Taiwanese pork chop and it closely resembled the ones I had in Taipei which was good.
I would take my family there again but maybe at a...
