I took 4 silver coins to the shop and asked how much money they would give me for them. At the time, an ounce of silver was valued at $30 per ounce.

The lady seemed nice enough, but completely tried to rip me off. She offered me $40 for the coins. I was so baffled by the low price that I asked, “Oh, for each coin?” She said, “No, I’ll give you $40 for all of them.”

Obviously, I said no. Then, I went to Alexandria Gold and Silver and they gave me $114 for $120 worth of silver coins, which was a great deal!! Take your silver to Alexandria Gold and Silver! They are reputable and not going to screw you like these people at CF Brandt and Jewelers.

One of my diamonds fell out of my wedding band. I went here to get it replaced. They did a great job resetting the prong and putting the diamond back in the ring. I was lucky the diamond fell out in the case where I store my rings at night. They were professional, kind, and reasonably priced. I went to grab lunch and they called to let me know my ring was ready. They cleaned both rings and I left out a happy customer with my pretty bridal set back. I sincerely appreciate CF Brandt’s responsiveness to customers and the way they conduct business. I normally do not write reviews but this shop is superior because of their service and expertise in jewelry and watch repair. I took a watch in because it was running slow.
