6/20/25: hot tub is working but the mens room is a mess over the weekend see the pics

6/16/25: hot tub still broken. mens room and pool started to smell like peeeeeee

6/2/25: Past two weeks hot tub broken.

3/18/25: Finally pool clock is working!!! but the other pool clock is still in before daylight saving time. Men cleaning womens shower or women cleaning men shower is common here. so beware!!!

3/17/25: Men room looks much cleaner. the other day scrapped the whole shower area. thank you. Wall clocks in the pool area is still broken. broken since xmas 2024. i dont wear smart watch for swim so hard to keep track of time in the pool and hot tub area.

3/1/25: hot tub is fixed. thank you. mens room looks much cleaner. may be posting here helps. wall clock in the pool is still broken. I can bet it is just the battery staffs dont want to climb up and replace the battery. Pool water looks much clear as compared to rockhill drive bensalem la fit

2/25: hot tub still broken but some people dont care they just in it because the water is water, running and looks clean. Wall clock still broken I guess work order is still in progress. I have aa battery in my car and very tempted to just climb up and install the battery. There used just one lady who used to clean the whole place and I used to see her all the time no matter if I come in at 10am or 5pm. Sad part is that she had to clean the mens room which was unacceptable may be that is the reason she left la fitness. I have to tell couple of idiot not to roam around naked as there is women cleaning the mens room.

2/8: hot tub parts big tank is in, it is sitting at the end of the pool and it will be replace and fixed in few weeks.

2/3/25: hot tub still not working. wall clock in the pool is broken for 1.5 mons. Most probably out of battery. I know it is just a wall clock but it messes up with your time when you are there to during your lunch break to get some workout done. Mentioned it to front desk and they said work order has been facility manager and they will fix it. common it is just the battery replace it and it should not take more that few hours. it is almost 2mons now. i agree with other user men room is not clean. my biggest problem is tissue lying around all over the place. Also I dont understand these are grown people and when they wipe their bodies with small tissue why cant they throw it in the trash. trash can is always over flowing with napkins. if you inform front desk they say sure will fix it but you go there after 1hr it is still there. i dont know if anyone from front desk is responsible for the cleanup or they have to put a "work order" to fix it. One of the young kid from front desk was cleaning the bathroom and was not happy about it because they are short on budget so cleaning team has limited service and front desk people have to chip in.

1/16/25: hot tub is broken see the pic 1/12/25: Water heater restored, woo hoo 1/2/2025: Swim pool water heater is still broken.

12/22: for 3 weeks Swim pool heater is broken so if you want to take a plunge in 50 degree then stop by

7/27: I use this lafit mostly for swim and hot tub. Most of the time hot tub is broken and now the pool will be closed for another month or so because water went inside electrical panel and they have replay the whole pool electrical panel. Since 2020 aka pandemic this place has gone down hill. either pool or hot tub is broken for server days or weeks. Positive: they resurfaced the pool which gives clean nice look Negative: they dont sweep the floor pool so now the dust/garbage under the water is more visible good luck swimming with head down and watching the dirty...

This gym is absolutely disgustingly dirty. Every locker in the ladies room has grimy sticky handles, the garbage is often overflowing and the bathrooms are filthy a Petri dish of germs since the stalls are near the entrance to the pool. There very little energy in this gym, no music and, if you’re looking for the latest and greatest, skip it.

UPDATE TO THE ABOVE REVIEW SUBMITTED ONE YEAR AGO: The conditions listed above have gotten much worse. It is no wonder at all why, in any given week, there are signs on cardio equipment or sinks in the locker rooms that say "Service Needed". There is no care, let alone upkeep. The machines aren't cleaned or sanitized - there is sweat build-up, dirt and grime around the base and near the belts of the treadmills, and the same dust, dirt and disgust around the weight machines. The turf hasn't been vacuumed in months. The knobs on the locker rooms are worse than any handle in a daycare would be. The women's sinks are filthy. The mirrors have water splashed all over them. More often than not, one sink is out of order and two of the three hand soap dispensers are empty. Trash is overflowing in all areas. I don't even use the rest room because I'm nervous about whatever bacteria has been layered on the toilets. SKIP THIS GYM. I've gone to so many gyms in my lifetime and this is, by far, THE WORST. Even the staff don't seem to care. They sit at the front desk on their phones, barely greeting people or doing their jobs. You'd think they'd do a pass around the floor or through the bathrooms every so often, at least to handle the overflowing trash! Members are disgusted and the only reviews on here that are responded to by LA are the good ones "thanks for your review....." This one will probably be deleted. The annual fee plus the monthly for this gym amounts to $350/year. Multiply that by the number of years people pay for and the number of members and there should be enough money to pay a cleaning organization to get in there and clean it regularly if they can't hire someone who can take care of this mess. Dear LA fitness Huntington Valley team,

I'm your constant client since 2009. Unfortunately, I started seeing how this facility turn into a dump. I believe the main gym space and some of the equipment were remodeled a few months ago except treadmills, indoor bikes, etc. Why? They have exhausted their resources as well. How about the sauna, showers, etc.? It is in a critical condition. I couldn't close my eyes anymore and during today's visit I decided to make some pictures and write a feedback thinking that LA fitness cherishes its clients and takes the needed steps to fix the issues. I would like to pay your attention to the following things. I also attached the pictures.

Trash. It's everywhere! See the pictures attached. Empty paper towels dispensers. I checked ALL of them and found the paper in ONE only. See the pictures attached. Empty soap dispensers. I checked five of them and decided just take my own body wash from the backpack because all of those were empty. !!!Sauna!!! It's a bacterial bank! To keep hygiene cleanness there, it needs to be antibacterial washed, the real heat should be in the sauna, and people should not go inside in their outwear clothing (jackets, boots, etc.). I tried to use the sauna today, but I couldn't due to terrible smell inside and cold. A guy tried to increase the temperature pouring a bottle of water on the rocks thereby extinguished the sauna heater at all. I think we can avoid similar situations !!setting up the real needed temperature!! and adding a sign with a notice not putting water on rocks. Pool. People should use flip-flops/sandals especially if they go to the pool. I saw today when guys walk barefoot on tiles in the restroom area and, then, jumped into the pool((. It's terrible!
