Zachary's BBQ Catering — Local services in Upper Providence Township

I found Zachary's BBQ in search of a caterer for my 40th birthday party, and after seeing all of the fantastic reviews and delicious looking photos people were posting, I am so, so glad I went with them. Everything from how communicative Elizabeth was when placing (and altering) the order, to her dropping it off and setting it up herself, to the actual food, was absolutely phenomenal.

We ordered pulled pork, brisket, and ribs for around 30 people, along with mac & cheese, baked beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, and coleslaw. The portion sizes were perfect and I have no idea how it stayed so moist when being prepared off-site and dropped off still hot. It would be nearly impossible to try and say which part of the meal was my favorite (a tie between the ribs and the brisket, btw), but to give you an indication of how good it was, the mac & cheese was the first thing gone and I had countless people come up to me and remark about the baked beans. Yes, the baked beans. When the obligatory, usually generic bbq side is turning heads, you can get a sense for how the rest of it must have been.

Kudos to Zachary's, it's some of the best bbq I (and my guests) have ever had and it certainly won't be the last time we choose them...

What a phenomenal experience! My wife & I moved into a new home and decided to use Zachary's to bring our guests the gift of barbeque. My oh my, we did not know how good we had it! Elizabeth was super helpful on the phone, patiently advising me how to navigate the website and choose a spread that appealed to us. She promptly provided a quote and payment was a breeze. On event day, she and her team arrived early and transformed my patio into a professional buffet space, successfully appealing to 100 hungry mouths. It was truly the cornerstone of the day. As the allotted luncheon wrapped up, Elizabeth's team swiftly cleaned up and broke down the space diligently. And as a bonus, we received 3 trays of leftover BBQ to continue the decadent feast for several days afterward. Truly a finger licking gift that keeps on giving! We recently had Zachary’s cater an event for us. We opted to have it as a self-serve function. Elizabeth was able to answer all of our questions and help with food selections. The delivery and set-up person was on time, friendly and professional. We just showed her where to put the sterno racks, food and dinnerware and she did her thing. The price was reasonable and in-line with other caterers and venues. The food was great everyone from teens to seniors liked it. At least one adult attendee said it was the best mac and cheese he ever had. Many asked where we ordered from and raved about the food. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, bbq chicken, parmesan roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, mac and cheese, cornbread and rolls for 65 people.
