ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY HAIR AND THE COMPANY WAS A MAJOR PLUS! At first my GPS was taking me in all directions to get to this place... And the sign is super small in the right corner of Weis so hard to see... So at first the experience seemed tiring then I walk into the store and see a lady counting money or doing something. I literally walk all the way up to the desk and finally she says something like what can I get you.... I don't want to be rude but first impressions are everything and she looked tired and like she'd rather be anywhere but there. I believe the girls said her name was Lisa and the manager. I was shocked that the manager would look so unprofessional. And I didn't feel welcomed. I was debating on leaving because I was like omgosh is she really going to be the one touching my hair? And then Nikki walks in all happy and asks how I am.... I was like yes she looks stylish and has her hair is done cute I'll stay. Nikki was very sweet from start to end and Real! Nikki and Tekeita were super AWESOME! Not only were they great from start to finish but they kept things real! I love how they were themselves. I will definitely be back when they are there. I went to Holiday Hair Coopersburg because it was on my way home from work I wasn't expecting much because I was a walk-in and wanted to try to get a perm without calling ahead for an appointment because I never know how I'm going to feel after working all night. Since I needed badly to get my hair under control, I but it couldn't hurt to ask if they had any time available. There was only one customer in the shop when I walked in at 10 a.m. but I found out shortly after that there was very little staff at that time. I was able to make an appointment with less than an hour wait. I had just enough time to get a bite to eat , a big slice of pizza at Carlos Pizza right next door since I was starved after work . I returned at 11 a.m. and that place was alive with customers and attentive staff who seemed down-to-earth, and professional. I had a stylist named Jacqueline who was very friendly , and a skilled stylist. She was full of life yet , confident and professional. I was very pleased with the perm and the trim. I will...

I asked Lisa to cut and style my hair like a picture I showed her. It had a nice full bang and the sides came front. Lisa knows I like bangs (I tell her every time I go) she turns the chair so I can't see what she's doing. After she finished trimming and styling she turned me around to see the finished hairstyle. To my chagrin, there were no bangs. She styled my hair totally back off my high forehead. I was shocked and disappointed. I had her redo the hairstyle. It wasn't exactly like I wanted it but at that point I had no choice. I've been a customer of hers for years and she knows I always want a full bang. I just don't know what she was thinking.
